A Study On The Issues Of New Professional Farmers Cultivation Under The Background Of The Internet Plus

With the rapid development of modern information technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,and mobile Internet.At the national level,we have vigorously promoted the transformation and upgrading of “Internet + modern agriculture”.Emphasizing that farmers are the mainstay of modern agriculture,we must keep up with the pace of the times.To cultivate a new type of professional farmer is the only way to develop agricultural modernization,and it is an important measure to crack down on the “who comes to farm” in rural areas.At present,China's peasant labor force is showing an aging,feminizing,and weakly-structured structure,and the phenomenon of concurrent farming and rural hollowing can be seen everywhere.Most of the young labor force has been transferred to cities along with urbanization.It is difficult for rural surplus labor to meet the needs of agricultural modernization development.None of the agricultural successors has become increasingly prominent.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural modernization and ensure the successor to agriculture,all localities should follow the trend of the times.We will vigorously nurture a group of "Internet + new professional farmers" who make good use of the Internet,be innovative,think and benefit.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the field investigation method and the statistical analysis method to carry on the research on the cultivation of the new professional farmers in Jingzhou under the background of "Internet Plus".Based on the research of new professional farmers in Jingzhou City,under the background of “Internet Plus”,a field survey was conducted on LiBu Town in Jingzhou District,Buhe Town in Gong'an County,Shagang Town in Jiangling County and Shangchewan Town in Jianli County.Visits and interviews conducted in-depth research on the basic conditions of the farmers' use of the network in the surveyed regions,the achievements of the new-type professional farmers,the characteristics of the new-type professional farmers,the comprehensive quality of the agricultural personnel,and the construction of the network infrastructure.The problems in the Cultivation of New Professional Farmers in Jingzhou under the Background of "Internet Plus".Through this article,the research aims to optimize the development of a new type of professional farmers to cultivate a growing environment,causing Jingzhou local government,various departments and the public to attach great importance to the development of new professional farmers in Jingzhou City to provide targeted countermeasures.Research found that based on the “Internet+” background,there are currently five major problems in the process of cultivating new professional farmers in Jingzhou: First,the general quality of farmers is generally low,and the net effect is generally poor;Second,the basic network facilities in rural areas are weak,and the basic conditions for fostering are backward;Third,there are hidden dangers in network information security,and legal protection is obviously lacking;Fourth,the loss of rural youth groups is serious,and the cultivation subject is seriously missing;Fifth,the related cultivation system is not sound enough,supporting measures Obviously lagging.In response to the above problems,the following five suggestions are proposed: First,vigorously develop adult education in rural areas and strengthen the training of network skills;Second,increase the investment in remote training,improve the rural network facilities;Third,improve the cultivation of farmers Laws and regulations,optimize the network to cultivate the environment;Fourth,encourage young talents to return to their hometowns,play a leading role in nurturing;Fifth,improve the quota and system construction system to ensure that quality and efficiency increase.
