Study On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Farmers’ Professional Cooperative In Hezhou,Guangxi

Farmers’ professional cooperative is a service organization,whose purpose is to promote the development of agricultural industrialization and increase the income for the members to resist the market risk.It’s also a business service organization of realizing internal management,service and development in the aspects of technology,capital,purchase and marketing,processing and storage and transportation and other aspects.It is the effective carrier and means to increase the peasant’s income.Since the implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on farmers’ professional cooperatives,Hezhou city adopted a series of measures to promote rapid and healthy development of farmers’ cooperatives,presented the new features and trends,promoted effective link between the small-scale production of thousands of households and the ever-changing market,accelerated the prosperity of the peasants and accelerated innovation in agricultural management and the pace of agricultural operations.This change will improve farmers’fighting organization and participation in the market,promote the development of modern agriculture and the industrialization of agriculture,and promote farmers’ income.This article adopts the way of investigation and research to propose the actual development opinion in Hezhou city from the analysis of the generation of Hezhou fanners’ professional co-operatives,the farmers’ professional co-operatives development,the significance of research on the effectiveness and existing problems.This paper tries to explore the problems of the following two aspects.First,it summarizes the practical experience of farmers’ professional cooperatives at this stage in Hezhou city.Second,it finds out the problems existing in the development of farmers’professional cooperatives in Hezhou city,analyzes the factors that restrict the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives and puts forward the methods and measures for the rational and rapid development of farmers’ professional cooperatives.This paper carries on the analysis from the development of fanner cooperatives in Hezhou city status,basic experience and results to find the features of the development of agricultural cooperatives in Hezhou City and put forward for the actual situation of Hezhou city policy recommendations.The development of farmers’ professional cooperatives has extensive practical significance to liberate the rural productive forces,activate the enthusiasm of the peasants,increase farmers’ income,achieve common prosperity,and build a harmonious society.It is also an important guarantee of building a well-off society of our country.In order to find out the development of farmer cooperatives in Hezhou,and promote the healthy development of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations in Hezhou,Improve the farmers’ organization scale of production effectively,Investigate and study of fanner cooperatives in Hezhou.
