In recent years,the real estate market in China has developed so rapidly that the risks have been steadily increasing.At the same time,due to the impact of policies,domestic investment in real estate is limited.Therefore,some investor have put their sights on the other east market with high level of economic development and steady development of real estate.That is the overseas real estate investment.This paper gives a detailed understanding of the current type,current situation and characteristics of overseas home buyers in China,and discusses the typical cases encountered by Chinese investors in the overseas home buyers market.The main contents of this paper are as follows: First of all,the author introduces the characteristics and main types of overseas real estate ownership.Then,several typical cases on the market are reviewed and analyzed,in order to know the process of whole overseas real estate investment.After summarizing these cases,the author point out some problems that this industry faces,such as disordered management,irrational investment.Finally,according to what we had discussed,the author put forward some related recommendations and suggestions for the government and companies,and related investors can make a reference to low the investment risk.
