The Analysis Of The Influence Of Service Industry FDI On The Structure Optimization Of China's Service Industry

The global service-oriented economy is becoming more and more obvious and the promotion of the service structure plays an important role.Although the service industry of our country is expanding fast presently,it also faces a big and weak situation.In addition,with the process of opening up the service industry,China's service industry FDI inflow more and more.The optimization and upgrading of service industry FDI and service industry have become the important support for the quality development of service industry and the economic growth.Therefore,it is of great significance to choose the influence of service FDI on the optimization of service structure in China.The paper uses the method of literature analysis and "theory—demonstration—Analysis".Firstly,the service sector is classified into traditional service industry and modern service industry by virtue of the relevant research results of FDI and service structure optimization at home and abroad.Secondly,it expounds three ways of China's service industry FDI through capital effect,technology spillover effect and income effect to optimize the structure of China's service industry.In addition,it summarizes the current problems by studying the utilization of foreign capital and the service industry development in China.Moreover,the empirical analysis is conducted in three steps based on the analysis of theory and current situation.The first step is to conduct a cause-and-effect relationship between FDI in service industry and structure optimization of service industry.The second step is to establish a metering model based on the model of the influence factors of the economic structure by Hollis B.Chenery and other scholars to test the promotion of FDI on the structure optimization of service industry.The third step is to conduct the mediation effect test on the mechanism of action.The empirical results show that :(1)there is a two-way granger causality between FDI in service industry and structure optimization of service industry;(2)the inflow of FDI in the service industry has a positive effect on the proportion of employment and added value of the modern service industry,indicating that FDI in China's service industry can promote the optimization of service structure;(3)at present,China's FDI in service industry service industry structure optimization of biggest influence by material capital,technological progress and human capital of the intermediary effect is small,and it also suggests that the development of modern service industry in China is still at the lower level,and industry innovation ability and competition ability is not strong.Finally,it will put forward some suggestions in the light of the current problems and the research conclusions.China should rely on the cultivation of talents to improve factor productivity and relax restrictions,guiding the FDI of service industry to the modern service sector to expand the absorption scale of FDI in the service industry.In addition,our country should improve the consumption structure and broaden the development of modern service industry by changing the consumption concept to accelerate the development of modern service industry and guide the flow of FDI in two ways.Furthermore,it should improve the quality of FDI in the service industry and give full play to the effect of material capital supplement.
