The Research On The Effect Of The Development Of Financial Service Industry In China On The Optimization Of Manufacturing Structure

Along with the rapid development of modern economy, the financial supportingmechanism for industry development and structural adjustment has been a primaryconsideration. Proper and correct financial support not only can be good for theadjustment of the industry structure, but also can promote the economy developingsmoothly and rapidly. At present, the manufacturing industry is still in extensivecondition and weak based on a large size in the structural problem instead of periodicproblem from the actual situation of economic development. Therefore, theacceleration of optimizing the manufacturing industrial structure becomes the keypoints in restructuring economy of the Twelfth Five-Year Guideline and the only wayto realize the sustainable development of economy.Based on the multi-subject theories, like financial development, optimization ofindustrial structure, capital theory, etc., around the theme of how the financial serviceindustry affects restructuring of manufacturing industry, referring to the financialexperiences of optimization of manufacturing industrial structure and combining withthe present situation of financial service industry and optimization of manufacturingindustrial structure, this paper surveys the development of financial service industryand the optimization of manufacturing industrial structure.By perusing and analyzingthe research findings of structural optimization of financial service industry andmanufacturing industry in the domestic and overseas, analyzing the effect mechanismof financial service industry development on structure of manufacturing industry,including the financial factors effected the industrial structure, the development offinancial service industry has influences on the process, channels, action mechanismand development patterns of the industry structure of manufacturing. Based on theexisting theories, discussing the current situation between development of financialservice industry and optimizing of structure of manufacturing industry, and describingthe correlation between them.The related statistics are used to make an empirical studyon the effect of the development of financial service industry on the optimization ofmanufacturing industrial structure. Based on the revelations gained from the study, thispaper offer some suggestion about how the financial service industry promotes theoptimization of manufacturing industrial structure. Observing that there is confidential relation between the development of financialservice industry and the optimization of manufacturing industrial structure. In theprocess of restructuring the manufacturing industry, financial development broadensthe expansion of manufacturing industry in the quantity of employment and acceleratesthe optimization of manufacturing industrial structure significantly in the technologyinvolved and production value. In addition, this paper have found that the policyfinance and commercial Banks and banker’s call rate have a certain impact between thedevelopment of financial service industry and the optimization of manufacturingindustrial structure.
