Research On The Optimization Of Internal Structure Of Service Industry In Jiangsu Province

In the 21st century the service industry development lags behind economic development is the major problem in China. As the growth of the national economy, the proportion of service industry in GDP is increasing, and is playing an increasingly important role in improving economic efficiency and the residents’quality of life. The level of service industry structure can be said to be the measure of a country and regional modernization level of important symbol. As one of our country’s economic centers, Jiangsu province is facing the process of economic globalization and the rapid transfer of international industry capital, in the process of its industrial structure adjustment, the importance of service industry internal structure optimization is becoming more and more prominent. Researching the structure optimization and influence factors of service industry in Jiangsu province and further adjusting the structure of the internal service industry, is of great significance for accurate formulate relevant industrial policies, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of economy in Jiangsu province.This paper starting from the basic theory of the service industry structure optimization, define the standard of service industry structure optimization, and then summarizes the service industry structure optimization mechanism, the path and the basic law. After that, the thesis is based on the statistical data in recent years, service industries in Jiangsu province, to service the internal output structure, employment structure and investment structure as the research object, through collecting data and information services industries, in-depth study of Jiangsu province service industry internal structure change tendency. Through the comparative analysis, finding out the problems in the progress of service industry in Jiangsu province internal industries, and explore the realistic obstacles in optimizing the structure of the service industry of Jiangsu province.Thesis mainly empirical and give priority to with changes in time series data analysis. First, this paper applies factor analysis method, choosing 3 types,10 sub-index to score the structure of the service industry in Jiangsu province in 1990-2012.Using factor analysis method of the index weight, the paper verified the structure of service industry in Jiangsu province have some defects in highly, rationalization and efficiency dimensions. Then using multivariate regression model, this paper studies the determinants of service industry internal structure in Jiangsu province, to understand what factors play an important role on optimization of structural and provide theoretical basis for the service industry structure optimization and upgrading. The research result shows that urbanization, industrialization and per capita income is the main factor to promote service industry structure optimization of Jiangsu province; R&D input has a certain negative impact to optimize the structure of service industry of Jiangsu province.Finally, this article proposed the present stage service industry structure optimization of Jiangsu province should give priority to in order to play the internal advantage, at the same time, should attach great importance to the role of external factors of multivariate optimization path. And put forward the policy Suggestions to optimize the output structure, employment structure and investment structure of service industry in Jiangsu province.
