In recent years,with the development of market economy and improvement of people's income level,further improvement of the people's demand for tourism consumption,together with business trips,parties between friends,classmates,etc.,the hotel industry becomes indispensable in a market economy.The hotel industry's online booking mode has been developing rapidly due to its fast and convenient purchasing channels and the attractive discount of some websites.Various hotel reservation networks are emerging,and the consumers who book hotels online are also promoted by the original business people to the young people and the wider population.While the online booking hotel model brings convenience to people's work and life,it also creates the following problems:Booking hotel online often require consumers to pay the room charge or the deposit in advance,the majority of online hotel especially have discount hotels usually have a provision which the order cannot be cancelled after booking,if consumers pay the room charge in advance,and they can't check in on time because of the delay,they will face the loss of room charge or deposit in advance.So in recent years,domestic insurance company launched a innovative product "hotel cancellation insurance",ensures actual room cost loss which insured has paid?unused and unrefundable,let consumers reduce unnecessary loss,at the same time consumers can get a peace of mind and assurance.The survey on cognition and recognition of "hotel cancellation insurance" has continued more than a month.,taking the form of questionnaire to get the data from the market through online questionnaires and paper questionnaires distributed in the field.The contents of the survey mainly include the respondents' personal basic information,travel habits,respondents' cognition and the degree of recognition on "hotel cancellation insurance".This paper analyzed the factors affecting the cognition and recognition of "hotel cancellation insurance" by using the binary Logistic model.There are seven factors influencing cognition passed the significance test,and all have positive effects.There are also seven factors influencing recognition passed the significance test.Among them,understanding situation on "hotel cancellation insurance" have a negative impact,age,choice of hotel prices and the evaluation of the guarantee function etc.bring positive influence.Different professions,different way on understanding this product,awareness and recognition of "hotel cancellation of insurance" are also different.On the basis of this study,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the cognition and recognition of "hotel reservation cancellation insurance".
