| The traceability system of food safety has the basic functions of ensuring food safety and is one of the important prevention and control measures to ensure food.Consumers,as an important participant in the traceability system of food safety,are the key force to promote traceability system of food safety.As an important participant in the traceability system of food safety,consumers are the key force in promoting the implementation of traceability systems for food safety.Research on consumers'participation in the traceability system of food safety is of great significance in advancing the construction of a traceability system of food safety in China.This article selects consumers in cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,and Guangzhou as survey objects and conducts a questionnaire survey to obtain data on the consumers'participation in the food safety traceability system and relevant influencing factors.Through research,the degree of identity(C1),degree of understanding and trust(C2),rights protection(C3),willingness to purchase subsidies(C4),and attention to information(C5)are the main factors affecting consumers'participation in the food safety traceability system.At the same time,Through the analysis of the policy environment of China's food safety traceability system and the status quo of consumers participating in the food safety traceability system,we found that Chinese consumers are faced with many problems in participating in the food safety traceability system,such as lack of citizen participation in strategic design,poor consumer participation channels,lack of consumer awareness,and lack of incentives for consumer participation.In light of these problems,this thesis proposes corresponding countermeasures in terms of value orientation,participants and means of implementation with the intention of building citizen participation as a value orientation,taking consumers as the main body,and technical support as means to achieve a new food safety traceability system aimed to achieve citizen participation.This article consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly on the background and significance of research,research content and research methods,and sorted out the relevant literature.The second part is related concepts and theoretical research,including defining the related concepts of food safety and traceability system of food safety,as well as the combing of citizen participation theory,information asymmetry theory and consumer behavior theory.The third part is the background,history and current situation of the development of China's food safety traceability system.The fourth part is the empirical research on consumer participation in food safety traceability system.Through descriptive statistics analysis and factor analysis,the paper constructs a model that affects consumers'participation in food safety traceability system.The fifth part mainly analyzes the problems in the development of China's food safety traceability system which based on the above relevant documents,policies and data analysis,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The sixth part summarizes this article. |
