A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Food Safety Traceability System In Our Country

Food safety is one of the important problems of the people’s livelihood, will directly determines the quality of people’s living standard and life. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country,also brings all kinds of food safety problems emerge in endlessly, make food safety problem has become one of the focus of the public, this not only cause serious damage to the our country people’s health, but also severely damage the image of our country, is not conducive to long-term development in our country. Aimed at through the analysis of this article, to a certain extent, alleviate problem of food safety traceability system in our country, makes our country food safety traceability system, constantly improve and perfect gradually play its due effect, promote the development of food safety in China and move on. In this paper, the analysis of the research has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the food safety problems as the breakthrough point, to our country food safety traceability system as the research object, from four aspects in this paper:first, from the Angle of theory this paper expounds the theoretical concepts related to food safety traceability system, including the definition, functions and participate in the subject; Secondly, the current situation of the food safety traceability system of our country are analyzed, and concluded that when before success and problems; Again, for the developed countries of food safety traceability system discussed in this paper, mainly the three countries, the European Union, the United States and Japan and expounded the superiority of its existence, so as to get the perfect enlightenment of food safety traceability system in our country; Finally, aiming at the problems of food safety traceability system, combined with foreign advanced experience, put forward the measures of perfecting our country’s food safety traceability system, including perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen supervision, increase food enterprise participation, improving the supporting measures.
