With the long history of personal consumption credit development in foreign countries,it acts as an important part of people's daily life,contributes to the improvement of people's living standard,promotes the further development of social economy,changes the domestic consumption trends,and further improves people's living standard.However,with the rapid development of the Internet,cloud computing and networking technology,domestic consumption credit mode is newly developed and diversified,Internet consumer financial products such as “Jingdong white”,“Tmall installment”,“Ant Check Later” introduced take away lots of consumer resource from commercial banks with their convenience,preferential interest rates and precise marketing,resulting in commercial banks encounters obstacles in the development of personal credit.In the era of big data,commercial banks should pay attention to consumer's actual needs,analyze effective data in the consumer transaction process,improve marketing strategy and further improve the business model with the big data technology,which can continuously enhance ownership of customer resources.This paper fully explores the new mode of personal consumption credit and its strategies and operation process in new-type Internet financial market in order to improve the competitiveness of bank G in big data financial environment and realize transition and upgrading of personal consumption credit business with big data from the big data innovation and development of bank G personal consumption credit perspective,focusing on the current situation and problems of personal consumption credit in the shock of Internet consumer financial market,and making use of advantages and opportunities of big data development through investigation analysis and qualitative analysis combined with domestic and foreign research literature.Firstly,the paper presents research background of personal consumption credit innovation and development of bank G from the perspective of competitive pressure and grim situation of commercial banks under the background of big data and its influences to personal consumption credit in commercial banks,introduces the significance of this study from realistic aspect and concludes the related domestic and foreign research achievements.Meanwhile,it also introduces the specific concept,related theories,categories,modes and characteristics of personal consumption credit and explores the development of personal consumption credit business under the big data application.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current status of personal consumption credit business in bank G,introduces the development characteristics,constraints and problem analysis of bank G personal consumption,sums up the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of G bank in big data financial environment,and constructs SWOT analysis model,which provides decision-making basis for the development of personal consumption credit by further using big data.Thirdly,the paper makes use of questionnaires to get an understanding of the current situation of personal consumption credit business in branch A of bank G and resident A,integrates the comprehensive survey results,compares with the survey data,analyzes the existing problems of personal consumption credit in bank G,detailed analyzes deep reasons and the feasibility of the innovation and development of personal consumption credit business under the background of big data.Fourthly,it introduces the basic principles of new personal consumption credit model in bank G with big data to solve the existing problems of credit mode,detailed describes the operation process of new personal consumption credit mode,and deeply analyzes the credit system of new personal consumption credit mode,which results in a win-win situation of development trend,market demands,ecosystem and risk factors,and analyzes of the new mode will bring more advantages in personal consumer credit business.Finally,the study concludes that bank G makes full use of capital advantage and information accumulated in the past businesses based on big data to construct a new big data personal consumption credit mode,and improve the business functions,business modes and profit modes of personal consumption credit.It also prospects the future research direction.
