In recent years,along with our country automobile consumption gradually turn to private cars,the number of personal cars in China presents the rising trend year by year,and there are 105.0168 million vehicles in 2013.To carry out the personal automobile consumption credit business become an important part in the financial services sector.At present commercial Banks,auto financing company,commercial bank credit card center has formed to a diversification market pattern of personal automobile consumption credit.Dominated by the commercial bank,the Credit car installment car purchasing business quickly occupied the personal automobile consumption credit market.Institutions such as auto finance companies rise and expand gradually,the competition is becoming more and more heated.Commercial Banks the earliest institutions that manage personal auto business in China are facing severe challenges.Therefore,the study of personal automobile consumption credit problems of the commercial bank in China has important practical significance.Since 2010,a branch of the industrial and commercial bank of China(the others below were called as Bank H)develop the credit card installment car business centrally,based on the original personal auto loan business,after several years of development,Bank H has become the fastest growing credit card installment car business within the territory of the bank currently.The paper will take Bank H for example to analyses the problem of the commercial banks in China.First of all,this paper compares the customer orientation and competitive advantages of the three ways' personal automobile consumption credit in our country;Secondly,this paper introduces a branch of ICBC 's personal automobile consumption credit development situation,analyzed the credit card installment car business characteristics in three aspects,such as the target customer groups,banking business management and credit sales channels.Then put forward the existing problems,such as Less cooperation brand,the dealers which varies in size,single variety and the risk of vicious competition,personal credit system is not perfect;Again,this paper introduces the personal automobile consumption credit business experience of the China citic bank and faw-Volkswagen auto financing company,and comparing with Bank H,summed up the enlightenment of their personal automobile consumption credit business to Bank H;Finally,put forward some rationalization proposals such as constant innovation to meet with the demand of customers in the segment market and expand the scope of business,strengthening the external cooperation of automobile consumer credit,strengthen risk control and prevention to improve the competitiveness of personal automobile consumption credit business of the commercial banks in our country.
