In today's society,with the rapid transformation of society and the advancement of economic restructuring,as an important entry point for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,the cultural industry has assumed an unprecedented historical mission and ushered in a rare opportunity for development.As a large-scale comprehensive cultural media enterprise,HG Media Group is in line with the trend of social development,making the cultural industry bigger and stronger,and occupying a place in the fierce market competition environment.While achieving excellent results,we should also see that HG Media Group still has many deficiencies in human resources management,especially payroll management.The traditional compensation model can no longer meet the needs of the Group's business development and has limited incentives for employees.The salary system is in urgent need of reform.As an important incentive measure,compensation is also the key to attracting talents.Therefore,an incentive,scientific and reasonable salary system is invaluable in mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees,attracting and retaining talents,and promoting the leap-forward development of enterprises.This article takes HG Media Group as a research case,and through the analysis of the current salary system of HG Media Group,the problems in the group's salary system are obtained through questionnaire survey.On this basis,the remuneration incentives are strengthened by re-dividing the internal positions of the Group and adopting a differentiated compensation model.For the value evaluation of the position,this article uses the 28-factor value analysis method to determine the corresponding rank salary of each post.After completing these basic tasks,the HG Media Group's compensation standards and structure,employee benefits,etc.are optimized,and corresponding supporting measures are adopted to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary reform.Through the optimized design of the salary management system of HG Media Group,it will surely lay a solid foundation for the long-term healthy development of the company.
