Based on the data of China Family Dynamic Tracking Survey(CFPS)2010,this paper uses the method of Descriptive statistical analysis and Ordinary least squares(OLS)regression to study the personal characteristics and social factors for Entrepreneur.At the same time,we also classify entrepreneurs as hiring,non-hiring and self-management(general entrepreneurship)to more carefully differentiate the different impacts of different influencing factors on entrepreneurship in different modes.Among them,in the aspect of personal influence,this article mainly studies individual gender,education,age,marriage,personality,political parties,children without children,account,industry,work experience and so on.In terms of social factors,it mainly analyzes whether parents,Parents,siblings,parental education,parental income,parental education and income,relatives with or without business,relatives with or without leading cadres(administrative duties),geography(provinces),and regional network heat.Finally,from the results of the preceding two empirical analyzes,we can provide our own suggestions for the government to introduce relevant supportive policies.Descriptive statistical analysis and OLS regression results show that gender,education,age,marriage,political parties,children with no children,account,industry,income and so on all have a significant impact on the three different entrepreneurial modes.In terms of social factors,we can learn that regional entrepreneurship has a significant impact on non-hired and self-employed businesses,but weak on hiring entrepreneurship,while the business of relatives have a significant impact on the three types of entrepreneurship.Finally,based on the results of statistical analysis,we give some policy suggestions from the aspects of education,venture capital and business environment.
