Wooden doors are necessities for family decoration.In recent years,with the rapid enlargement of the real-estate industry,The industry of it has also moved from small scale production to industrialized factory production.Their products also changed from the single product to the whole-house wooden products made to order.In the past 28 years,MT,a company and brand of wooden doors,founded in 1989,has been focused on the production and sales of high-end wooden doors,becoming the popular choice of more and more families.More than 1400 MT stores have been opened in 30 provinces nationwide.This paper takes MT Company as the research object,and applies the marketing theory to analyze the external and internal environment of the company.Through SWOT analysis,we analyze the subdivided customer groups and the most suitable marketing strategies,and carry out targeted strategic implementation research.At the same time,based on the manager's perspective,combined with the analysis results and practical operation experience,this study explores effective marketing optimization strategies for wood door sales,helping companies analyze and develop marketing implementation programs.This study suggests that the key transformation of MT company business and marketing strategy is to analyze the characteristics and requirements of different customers,for different customers to develop targeted strategic solutions at the same time,for different types of products for different combination strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,strategy and process control strategy of store environment.In order to achieve sales and profit margins in the balance,at the same time have their own core competitiveness in the future competition.To ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy through the security measures such as corporate organization guarantee,enterprise cultural security and professional skills guarantee.
