Research On Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises Of Science And Technology In China

With the prosperity and development of China's economy and the increasing attention to science and technology,the contribution and position of Small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology(Sci-tech SMEs)to the development of national economy and technological innovation are becoming increasingly prominent.The development of Sci-tech SMEs not only drives China's economic growth,but also plays an important role in stabilizing the taxation and increasing the employment rate.Sci-tech SMEs have also received increasing attention.In the development process of Sci-tech SMEs,all aspects of research and development can not be separated from the financial support.However,due to the fact that Sci-tech SMEs itself has the characteristics of low capital accumulation and high operating risks,the weak foundation for development and the imperfect financial market system make Sci-tech SMEs often encounter resistance in financing activities.It is difficult to obtain financial support through traditional financing channels.Some enterprises can only rely on endogenous financing channels for development,and even rely on higher-cost private loan financing in emergencies.The financing dilemma faced by Sci-tech SMEs has seriously restricted the continuous development of the enterprise.How to guarantee the financing difficulty of the enterprise and ensure the enterprises to obtain the funds needed for the smooth production and research and development are the key problems that the Sci-tech SMEs will face in the process of improving the R & D capability and realizing the rapid growth and development.This paper first summarizes the research results and research theories of Sci-tech SMEs financing difficulties,and provides a sufficient theoretical basis for the study of this paper.Afterwards,it summarizes the general development status and financing status of China's Sci-tech SMEs,and analyzes the causes of Sci-tech SMEs financing difficulties from the internal development constraints and external financing environment.The internal constraints are mainly the development of the enterprise itself.The external constraints are analyzed through the limitations of commercial banks providing credit support and the incompleteness of government support policies.At the same time,in the study,the combination of theory and practice was strengthened.Taking A company as an example,through the analysis of A company's own business development situation and the example of A company's successful loan application at the bank,it was concluded that Sci-tech SMEs was applying for loans to commercial banks.Existing strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and dilemmas faced,so as to gain some inspiration and experience.Finally,according to the inspiration from the case,combined with China's current market conditions and financing environment,from the perspectives of the enterprise itself,commercial banks,and the government,we propose suggestions and countermeasures on how to solve the Sci-tech SMEs financing problem.It is concluded that if the current status of the Sci-tech SMEs financing needs improvement,not only does the company need to improve its operating strength,it also needs commercial banks to innovate credit products at the right time and adjust the approval line of ideas.At the same time,government agencies will increase policy support and work together to resolve problems.To sum up,the main purpose of this paper is to correctly analyze and treat the problems faced by China's Sci-tech SMEs in financing,effectively solve and improve the financing difficulties of China's Sci-tech SMEs,promote the healthy and rapid growth of the company,and provide reference for Sci-tech SMEs' sustainable and stable development.
