A Study On The Renewal Of Basic Endowment Insurance Fund In Guangxi Under The Background Of Population Aging

In recent years,guangxi has achieved remarkable achievements in economic development,medical conditions have been significantly improved,people's health care awareness has been gradually enhanced,and people's life expectancy has been prolonged.Behind in economic development,however,"aging" problem is increasingly prominent,guangxi as early as in 1996 the national leading aging stage,increasing as the aging degree of guangxi in recent years,the increasing pressure of fund of primary endowment insurance pay,how under the background of an aging population growing in guangxi,effectively manage the fund of primary endowment insurance to ensure its future enough ability to pay has become a problem that nots allow to ignore.In the context of the growing population aging in guangxi,this paper mainly adopts the method of comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and theoretical analysis.At first,this paper has sorted out the related basic theories of endowment insurance fund,provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the following analysis,then,based on the aging of the population related index,guangxi and its basic endowment insurance fund data,compared with the national,concrete analysis of the present stage of guangxi population ageing and its ability to pay of primary endowment insurance fund and the severity of the stress problem,by establishing the model,using multiple linear regression method to guangxi fund of primary endowment insurance in the future is forecasted.Finally based on the above analysis,from the basic endowment insurance fund bal nce of payments situation and management which derived from the two aspects of the problems existing in the fund of primary endowment insurance of guangxi and the countermeasures and Suggestions on how to solve the problem.It is hoped that the relevant departments can provide some reference for the effective management of endowment insurance fund.
