Nowadays,internet finance develops rapidly in our country.Along with the tightening of financial regulation,weaker capital market and the unfavorable environment,the non-interest income business is once again pushed to the forefront of banking competition.All kinds of banks layout the non-interest income business vigorously.Its unique advantages as well as its ability to penetrate into the real economy while serving the economy have become the entry and important foundation for commercial banks in developing integrated services,expanding new markets and entering new areas.Its value chain continues to extend.However,on the other hand,commercial banks have further squeezed their profit margins and have even turned upside and down in the cost of income.Whether non-interest income business should be done or not once again become a hot issue.Some commercial banks have also emerged in developing their swing.At the same time,the non-interest income business in the transformation and development in what position,what role to play,but also rarely clear positioning.As the most powerful representative of China's financial sector,the operation and business data of the four big state-owned banks reflect the trend of the entire banking industry and even the macroeconomy.For this reason,we think it is important to evaluate the quantitative indicators of the four banks of non-interest income business,so as to help commercial banks out of their strategic confusion and help them to develop their confidence with intuitive data.To sum up,based on the theoretical basis for clarifying non-interest income business,this paper systematically expounds the status quo,characteristics and problems of non-interest income business under the new situation.By empirical research of the relationship between commercial bank performance and non-interest income business to provide new countermeasures for commercial banks,especially the large state-owned commercial banks to develop new business intermediary services.The thesis used the panel data analysis and the OLS to obtain the relationship between the explanatory variables and the explained variable,including the positive and negative correlations,coefficients and the significances.The non-interest income business did show the positive relationship.After the analysis of reasons for differences as well as the summary about the problems in developing non-interest income business,this article put forward the countermeasures of further expanding the non-interest business in China at the end of the article,including:promoting product innovation,building brand characteristics;forming a industry strategic alliance with the non-bank financial institutions;continuing to strengthen integrated financial services;consolidate the customer base steadily;learn from the experience of international large commercial banks and tap the need of contribution of intermediary business.I think through the above research and suggestions will provide references for the progress of non-interest income business.
