Ethical sensitivity is the first step in ethical decision making and affects human resource managers have less sensitive to the potential ethical issues in their work,which leads them to act out of ethical norms in recruitment,training,performance,compensation and so on caused negative impact on enterprises.This requires us to attach importance to the ethical sensitivity of human resource managers.Ethical sensitivity is to realize that "this is a moral problem",which requires individuals to be aware of situations with ethical connotations,to make ethical judgments and ethical choices and take ethical actions.This study was based on "Moral Sensitivity Scale" compiled by Finnish scholars Kirsi Tirri and Petri Nokelainen(ESSQ),combine with the daily work situation of human resources management compiled "A questionnaire on the measurement of human resource managers'ethical sensitivity".First of all,through the collection of 117 pre-survey samples for project analysis,correlation analysis and factor analysis,the questionnaire is revised and improved.Secondly,310 valid questionnaires were collected from MBA and EMBA students of 7 universities in Wuhan and Shenzhen human resource practitioners.The results showed that the questionnaires had high reliability and validity.The ethical sensitivity of female human resource managers is higher than that of male human resource managers,but there is no significant difference between them.The level of ethical sensitivity of human resource managers with higher academic qualifications is higher than that of human resource managers with low academic qualifications,and the difference between the two levels is significant;Age has a significant impact on the ethical sensitivity of human resource managers;Position has a significant impact on the level of human resource managers'ethical sensitivity;Human resource managers with different religious beliefs has bigger differences in ethical sensitivity,using different variables of the cosine theorem and circle theorem analysis of the different correlation degree categories to explain.Finally,intervention research on the human resource managers ethical sensitivity,the study found that intervention for human resources managers to improve the ethical sensitivity has a certain effect."A questionnaire on the measurement of human resource managers' ethical sensitivity" can accurately measure the level of ethical sensitivity,is a more scientific and effective ethical measurement tool,to provide a quantitative basis for the selection,training,assessment,promotion of human resources managers.
