In recent years,with the development of the networking of information,the logistics industry gradually developed from the offline to online,and the logistics platform in the two-sided market came into being.Many logistics enterprises expect to build a logistics platform to achieve the purpose of cost reduction,transformation and upgrading,and the improvement of core competitiveness,began to explore the logistics platform model.Although the operation and profitability of these logistics platform modes is not yet mature,but with the rapid development of platform economy and two-sided market,the development of logistics industry will rely on platform.As the relevant research of the logistics platform is relatively scattered and not specific enough,and lack the relative practical experience.The competitive strategy of enterprises in the logistics platform is on the lack of effective countermeasures.It is difficult to help enterprises in the logistics market for effective competition.As the CQCT in the process of building the platform facing the same problem,so this paper takes CQCT as example,for actual situation of CQCT logistics platform construction,puts forward the pricing strategy and the product service strategy of logistics platform mainly from the two aspects of user scale and profit.Firstly,the important attributes and related problems of logistics platform are studied,and the development status,growth characteristics,user ownership and competition strategy of logistics platform are summarized.Secondly,the Hotelling model of the bilateral platform is introduced,and the parameters of the logistics platform are analyzed with the user scale and profit respectively.The model is simulated by software,and aiming at different development stages of logistics platform,the factors influencing the pricing of the logistics platform and the factors influencing the service of the product are analyzed.In the beginning stage,it is necessary to formulate the corresponding pricing strategy to improve the dependence and stickiness of the bilateral users on the platform and expand the user scale.In the stable development stage of the logistics platform,it is necessary to formulate the corresponding pricing strategy and product service strategy to help to achieve higher profitability.Finally,based on the characteristics of the platform of the CQCT,the pricing strategy of the logistics platform of the CQCT is constructed according to the influencing factors in the simulation results of the Hotelling model,the pricing strategy of the logistics platform of the CQCT is discussed,and the logistics platform product service Strategy is put forward.The research methods and the results obtained in this paper can provide decision support for the logistics platform in the logistics platform market in the future,and can also help the future research on the logistics platform.
