Corporate Transformation Research Nukakuna: Beyond Linguistic Solutions And Crosscultural Communication

This research and business plan seeks to meet three objectives.The first objective is to close the gap in terms of communication skills and practices existing in many companies today by means of communication consulting and services.The second objective is to use the data acquired during the provision of these services to identify undercover needs in companies and make a business out of it;either by offering new services ourselves or by offering the data to other businesses.The third objective is to use the knowledge and data acquired through the fulfilment of the two previous objectives to create a platform to bring customers closer to companies.These three objectives will be achieved through a transformative strategy whose focus and core activities will vary at different times.This transformation is divided in three phases.Each new phase does not replace the previous one;the activities of each phase are incorporated to the previous ones.Thanks to the consulting approach of Phase 1,the company will gather a vast amount of information that will enable the expansion of the business later during Phase 2.This represents a shift of focus from consulting service provision and data gathering to the merchandising of the data acquired.Once Phase 2 is well established the focus of the company will shift from providing valuable data to other companies to becoming a platform.This platform will enable direct interaction between companies and customers creating value for both parties.A throughout literature review and research have proven the foundations of this project,such as the strong financial impact of poor communication and the effectiveness of dance to improve communication and wellbeing in employees.This research can offer reference to other start-up companies intending to engage in similar fields.Besides,the activities and services delivered during each strategy phase have never been combined into a single Big Data business.Therefore,the uniqueness and diversity of this project could also lead to new areas of research.
