Resrarch On Generating Factors And Associated Mechanism Of Knowledge Sharing Risk For Inter-firm Network

With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,cross-border technical and economic cooperation for inter-firm is becoming increasing frequent.Collaborative management and synergistic strategy with characteristics of win-win cooperation take place of drastical market competition.Under the circumstances,inter-firm network occupies dominance of market.Knowledge sharing among members of inter-firm network can bring significant external effects.However,knowledge sharing risk caused by factors,such as opportunistic behavior,incomplete contract,may cause risks and sometimes even lead to collapse of inter-firm network.In order to achieve optimal allocation of knowledge resources across entire inter-firm network and improve its innovation ability,it is necessary to have a insight into knowledge sharing risk for it,which is mainly caused by generating factors.Furthermore,associated mechanism among generating factors can magnify knowledge sharing risks.Therefore,further analysis of associated mechanism of generating factors of knowledge sharing risk for inter-firm network is the key point.Using Bayesian network analysis method,this paper described and depicted associated mechanism of generating factors of knowledge sharing risk for inter-firm network.On this basis,the paper found out five pivotal and significant risk generating factors — — lack of trust,opportunism behavior,imperfect platform of knowledge sharing,poor communication and redundant tacit knowledge through reverse reasoning,sensitivity analysis and key cause chain analysis.At the same time,corresponding preventing measures have been put forward.Using Bayesian network analysis method,this paper makes a systematic research on knowledge sharing risk from perspective of generation of risk factors.It also clarifies associated mechanism of generating factors of knowledge sharing risk for inter-firm network,which contributes to prevent knowledge sharing risks for inter-firm network.At the same time,organization factors make knowledge sharing risks for inter-firm network more easily happen compared to knowledge and shared environment factors.The results have important significances.First of all,the article probes into generating factors of knowledge sharing risks for inter-firm network from perspective of relevance,which breaks through previous paradigm of researching generating factors of knowledge sharing risk for inter-firm network.Then,owing to associated mechanismamong generating factors,it is feasible to prevent and control risks by cutting off the conduction paths of risks.In the end,in order to improve level of knowledge sharing among members of inter-firm network,managers of inter-firm network should pay more attention to organization factors compared with knowledge and shared environment factors.
