The 21 st century is an era of knowledge economy.Top enterprises in all walks of life have a high level,strong team.Such a team is made up of top talent and advanced scientific knowledge.The importance of knowledge and talents for the development of enterprises is self-evident.Hi-tech listed companies is more to the requirement of knowledge and talent ‘high',‘pure' and ‘sharp'.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward the idea of "building a pattern of social governance featuring joint efforts,common governance and Shared benefits".Knowledge as an iterative and liquid asset,the degree of sharing also affects the usefulness of knowledge to talents.The higher the degree and level of sharing,the more positive the growth of talent.It is because knowledge is a unique and even scarce resource for talents and enterprises that it cannot be Shared and spread among people.In addition,the selfishness of human psychology and the supremacy of personal interests greatly limited the degree and level of knowledge sharing.To sum up,based on a high and new technology listed companies the most knowledge level and gathered the most talent team as empirical research object,through UCINET6.0 software of questionnaire and interview method to get the attributes and relational data from the network as a whole and the individual net two dimensions is analyzed,and the relationship between matrix QAP correlation analysis and regression analysis,in order to get the main factors influencing the degree of team knowledge sharing.On this basis,the author puts forward pertinent opinions and effective Suggestions on the construction of team knowledge sharing.Therefore,this paper firstly sorts out the research on knowledge sharing at home and abroad and summarizes the research results according to different types of enterprises.Then,questionnaires were issued to the target enterprises and interviews were conducted to obtain relevant data.By referring to previous studies of scholars and combining existing technical conditions and data characteristics obtained,several analysis indicators were selected from two dimensions of the whole network and individual network to conduct data analysis in UCINET software.According to the data analysis results,the individual characteristics of the team members,such as "super sharer","bridge person" and "marginal person",as well as a variety of "factions" in the team,are obtained.Based on the results of QAP analysis,the relevant factors affecting knowledge sharing are obtained.Finally,based on the above data analysis results,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,Suggestions are proposed from various perspectives to improve the willingness of team members to share knowledge and activate the knowledge sharing network of the whole team,so as to provide theoretical support for the enterprise to build knowledge-based talents and teams and further improve the innovation ability and strength of the enterprise.
