Enterprise is the basic unit that promotes development of national economy and creates social value.In the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge resources owned by enterprises have become the key to maintain and improve their competitiveness.In our country,small and medium-sized enterprises has great social value for promoting economic development and employment,but its own resources and capabilities are limited,so we must accumulate knowledge through knowledge sharing,to create value and improve performance.With the development of mobile Internet,mobile phones and other mobile device is used to work through mobile social network application,it helps to break through the limitations of time and space of knowledge sharing,to make the ways and channels of knowledge sharing more.The knowledge sharing that is based on the mobile Internet technology has become a new trend.Shanxi Province is in the period of economic reform,small and medium-sized enterprises from the high-tech zone of Taiyuan city are regarded as the research object.The purpose of this study is the small and medium-sized enterprises try to improve enterprise performance through the knowledge sharing in the knowledge economy era,and organizational identification is introduced into this study as a mediator.This study can provide thought and method to the problems that small and medium-sized enterprises are faced in shanxi,this study also can provides the beneficial suggestions and reference for development of Shanxi Province in the new period of economic transformation.On the basis of the analyzing and summarizing the relevant research literature,with "mobile Internet environment,knowledge sharing,organizational identification,enterprise performance" as the main line and with organizational identification as mediator,studying the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprise performance in small and medium-sized enterprises,constructing a theoretical model by the way of combining theoretical research and empirical research,putting forward the research hypothesis,drawing lessons from previous studies of questionnaire scale,designing questionnaire that is suitable for the demand and the reality of the present study,Issuing and recycling questionnaire from the small and medium-sized enterprises in hightech zone in taiyuan of Shanxi Province,and use SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the data by empirical method,finally draw the conclusion:Firstly,the knowledge sharing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the mobile Internet environment can effectively improve the performance of enterprises.Secondly,in the mobile Internet environment,knowledge sharing has a positive impact on enhancing organizational identity.Third,organizational identification has a positive impact on enterprise performance.Fourthly,in the mobile Internet environment,organizational identification plays a part mediating effect in the positive correlation between knowledge sharing and enterprise performance in small and medium-sized enterprises.
