With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,more and more cross-border e-commerce enterprises are active in the field of international trade.Some cross-border e-commerce enterprises can get considerable profits,while some cross-border e-commerce enterprises are facing huge losses.In order to ensure the maximization of enterprise interests,cross-border e-commerce enterprises urgently need to grasp the method to enhance competitiveness.Therefore,exploring the impact of cross-border e-commerce on the competitiveness of enterprises has distinct characteristics of the times and far-reaching practical significance.Based on the internal relation between the cross-border e-commerce and the competitiveness of enterprises,this paper analyzes the impact of the various variables,so as to clarify the specific impact of the use of cross-border e-commerce on the enterprises competitiveness.This paper takes the cross-border e-commerce export enterprises under the B2 C model as the research object.The main content is divided into four parts.The first part includes concept definition and literature review.It defines the concept of cross-border e-commerce and enterprise competition.The sample objects of this paper are defined.The research status of the evaluation index system of cross-border e-commerce and enterprise competitiveness is expounded.The relationship between cross-border e-commerce and enterprise competitiveness is analyzed.The second part are variable measurement and research model construction.Based on the research status of cross-border e-commerce,the research latitudes of cross-border e-commerce and enterprise competitiveness are determined.Based on the research status of the relationship among variables,the relevant research hypotheses are proposed.According to the existing measurement index system,the measurement indexes of cross-border e-commerce application and enterprise competitiveness are sorted out.The third part is empirical analysis.Through descriptive analysis,the basic situation of the questionnaire is sorted out and the collection of the questionnaire is analyzed.Based on exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis were used to determine whether the questionnaire is scientific.In the measurement model,measurement indicators reflect the measured variables.In order to get the specific impact of cross-border electricity application on enterprise competitiveness,the structural model can validate the interaction strength among potential variables.The fourth part are conclusions and suggestions.Based on the empirical result,conclusions are sorted out and corresponding suggestions are proposed from the aspects of enterprise,industry and government.The research findings of the paper include :(1)The effect of cross-border e-commerce application on different factors of enterprise competitiveness is different.Cross-border e-commerce has the biggest impact on process cost and service level,but the least impact on information sharing.(2)Different factors applied in cross-border e-commerce have different impacts on enterprise competitiveness.Human resources and technological environment are the two factors that have the greatest influence on the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,but the least influence is made by laws and organizational structure.(3)The application of cross-border e-commerce has a significant impact on the competitiveness of enterprises.The endogenous and exogenous resources of cross-border e-commerce enterprises act on the potential competitiveness and obvious competitiveness of enterprises.The innovations of the paper lie in :(1)Research contents.There are many researches on cross-border e-commerce and enterprise competitiveness,but there are few literatures about the impact of cross-border e-commerce on the competitiveness of retail export enterprises.(2)Research framework.Through the detailed study of each variable of cross-border e-commerce application and each variable of enterprise competitiveness,the specific impact of cross-border e-commerce application on enterprise competitiveness is explained in more detail.
