| Technological innovation is a process that making a new project with economic and social value successfully applied and helps enterprises to improve their competitiveness.It is an important driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises and is also an effective way to promote country's social and economic development.However,technological innovation is a high-risk activity,Therefore,how to prevent and control the risk of technological innovation has become one of the important issues that managers pay attention to.Competitive Intelligence,is the information research on the competitive environment,competitors and competitive strategy.One of the most important functions of competitive intelligence is to provide the enterprise crisis early warning,helping enterprise manage technological innovation risk.Making full use of competitive intelligence early warning is an effective way to prevent or reduce the risk of enterprise technological innovation.Thus,it is very essential to study the risk early warning of enterprise technology innovation based on competitive intelligence.Firstly,this paper focuses on the enterprise technology innovation risk competitive intelligence early warning and its related question.Based on extensive research of domestic and foreign risk management theory,risk early warning theory and competitive intelligence theory,this paper analyzes the related references at home and abroad from some aspects like enterprise technology innovation risk early warning?enterprise technology innovation risk early warning model and system?competitive intelligence analysis method,systematically analyze and discuss the characteristic of enterprise technological innovation risk,the feature and process of competitive intelligence early warning in detail.And this paper mainly analyzes the role of competitive intelligence in enterprise technological innovation risk early warning,build enterprise technology innovation risk competitive intelligence early warning process and summarize the competitive intelligence early warning factor of enterprise technology innovation,to make a foundation for the further study.Then,through systematic analysis of the causal relationship and evolution characteristics of enterprise technology innovation risks competitive intelligence early warning process,the author constructs a system dynamics model of enterprise technological innovation risk competitive intelligence early warning simulation,which can be simulated by Vensim PLE.The analysis for the effectiveness and sensitivity of simulation model indicates the model can be used as the fitting of enterprise technological innovation risk competitive intelligence early warning well and reveals the operational rules of enterprise technological innovation risk competitive intelligence early warning that can offer theoretical basis for managers to make effective risk control strategy.According to enterprise technology innovation theory and the characteristics of competitive intelligence early warning,the paper proposes 12 competitive intelligence early warning factors that affecting enterprise technology innovation risk based on the researches of other scholars.After analyzing the related data collected from the questionnaire survey by factors analysis method with software SPASS 19.0,the result shows that the competitive intelligence warning factors of enterprise technology innovation risk can be summarized as environment factor,organization factor,financial factor and information factor.It is helpful to improve the success rate of enterprise technology innovation if the surveillance and response of four aspects are strengthened.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward management strategy of enterprise technology innovation risk competitive intelligence early warning respectively from several angles,such as warning process of competitive intelligence,analysis and processing technology of competitive intelligence,warning institution of competitive intelligence and organization establishment of competitive intelligence. |
