In the age of knowledge-based economy,intellectual capital occupies a pivotal position in the fierce market competition.It not only means the improvement of the current performance of the enterprise,but also determines the future of the enterprise.Both the traditional and emerging high-tech enterprises enhance the intellectual capital Determinants of business performance.Any one company,only the effective management of intellectual capital,in order to create more wealth at the same time make enterprises get more benefits.The relationship between capital and intellectual capital is an indispensable part of an important part.Enterprises want to make better use of intellectual capital,especially the good use of relational capital,we must first clarify the relationship between capital and corporate performance.This paper analyzes the effect of enterprise relational capital and its various dimensions on performance,and explores the intermediary role of enterprise competence,which enables enterprises to understand the utilization of intellectual capital intuitively and clearly and help them to fully understand and utilize relational capital,Helps to play the role of intellectual elements,thereby enhancing the value of the enterprise to create efficiency.Based on the analysis of related research,this paper argues that the relational capital owned by enterprises does not directly affect the performance of enterprises,but affects the ability of enterprises first,and then promotes the growth of enterprise performance.Based on the theory of intellectual capital,the basic theory of resources and the theory of enterprise competence,this paper uses the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2015,takes the enterprise ability as the mediating variable,uses the intermediary effect model,Using the method of linear regression analysis,we analyze the relationship between relationship capital and firm performance,and explore the intermediary effect of firm competence.This article studies the relationship between relational capital,firm competence and firm performance.Specifically include the following six parts:The first part is introduction.Mainly elaborated the background of this topic and the significance of research,general introduction of the article research ideas and research methods,and summarizes the main contents of the article and the construction of the framework.The second part is literature review.First of all,this article arranges and analyzes the relevant literature on relationship capital,firm competence and firm performance.This paper further summarizes the intrinsic relationship between relationship capital and firm performance,and the influence of firm capability as an internal environment on firm performance.And summarize the experience of previous studies.The third part is the theoretical basis of relationship capital,enterprise ability and enterprise performance,includes the definition of the concept of the three,the analysis of the relationship and the basic theory of resources,intellectual capital theory and other theoretical basis.The fourth part is the theoretical analysis and hypothesis proposed.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper establishes the research hypotheses,establishes the relationship between relational capital and firm performance,and incorporates the index of firm competence to build a theoretical framework for the relationship between capital,firm capability and firm performance,based on the previous scholars' Design the research model of this paper.The fifth part is the empirical test of relationship capital,enterprise ability and business performance.Based on the research assumptions and models,we collect the data of listed companies from 2011 to 2015 and process the data,and explain the variables.We first conduct preliminary tests through descriptive statistics,and then use multiple regression to verify the hypotheses in this article.Finally,further testing and robustness testing.The sixth part is conclusion and outlook.According to the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis,the research conclusion of this article is excluded,and the corresponding suggestions and improvement measures are put forward according to the actual situation.Finally,according to the shortcomings of this article,the future research in this field is prospected,Industry add support.This paper draws the following conclusions through Stata empirical analysis:(1)The relational capital is positively correlated with the enterprise performance,that is,the relational capital can enhance the enterprise performance;(2)The relational capital is positively correlated with the firm's ability.That is,the increase of the relational capital will promote the enterprise's capability Improve;(3)The ability of the enterprise has a complete mediating effect.As a result,companies should pay attention to the development and management of relational capital and enhance their ability to enhance their performance level.
