Enterprise knowledge is a unified collection of enterprise information,data,images,imagination,attitudes,values and other social symbolic products.Under the backdrop of the transformation and upgrading of the global economic growth pattern and changes in the industrial competitive landscape,knowledge is increased and organizations are optimized Knowledge structure is to help companies gain excess returns,enhance the vitality of the competition.With the multi-level and multi-form penetration of social applications,the exchange of information outside the enterprise such as value-added dialogue and information bulletin,as well as internal feedback and user feedback,product and services,etc.,has been rapidly growing.The business knowledge interaction in social media environment has been very active.Social media and knowledge interaction are the hot research areas that the industry and scholars pay more attention to.This article focuses on the cross-cutting field of enterprise knowledge interaction in social media environment,and mainly analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise knowledge interaction in social media environment.The research can not only enrich the existing achievements of social media and knowledge interaction,but also provide the management reference for the practice of enterprise knowledge interaction in social media environment,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The dissertation mainly studies the above problems from the following aspects:Firstly,relevant theories and related researches are reviewed from three aspects of social media,knowledge interaction and enterprise knowledge interaction under social media environment.The review topics include the related concepts of social media,the basic characteristics of social media,the related concepts of knowledge interaction,the influencing factors of knowledge interaction and the knowledge interaction of enterprises in social media environment.Through the comprehensive review,the conclusion of this paper is confirmed.Secondly,explain the connotation of enterprise knowledge interaction from four aspects: interaction subject,interaction object,interaction channel and interaction situation,analyze the basic characteristics of enterprise knowledge interaction in social media environment,describe the complete process of enterprise knowledge interaction in social media environment,clarify the interaction process,12 factors influencing the knowledge interaction of enterprises in social media environment are found based on the four aspects of interaction subject,interaction object,interaction channel and interaction situation,and the conceptual model of influencing factors.Thirdly,three basic assumptions of the model are proposed to determine the total amount of knowledge of knowledge providers,the total amount of knowledge of knowledge recipients and the amount of knowledge involved in interaction as the three major variables of the system.The causal relations between variables and the relationship between the variables,And draws the dynamic flow diagram and simulation model of the system,pays attention to the changes of various factors with the increase of time,confirms the influence of relevant factors on the activity of knowledge interaction in the social media environment,and reveals the influence of the enterprises in the social media environment The Evolution of Knowledge Interaction System.Finally,based on the related concepts in the established conceptual model,the measurement scale is designed,pre-tested,the questionnaire is distributed and collected,the reliability and validity of the research data are verified,and the structural diagram of factor analysis is drawn.According to the main fitting index value,Whether the model is acceptable,construct the structural equation model,test the research hypothesis,summarize the empirical results.
