Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Interaction In The Process Of Enterprise Collaborative Innovation

With the advent of knowledge economic era,the sustainable development of enterprises is so closely tied with the management of the knowledge.In the enterprises,knowledge link up with the daily management,production,operation and technological innovation.Under the increasingly fierce competition market economy,the traditional enterprise innovation can not meet the changes in the market,can not provide technology and management conditions for the long term development of enterprises.That makes the enterprises' collaborative innovation much more important.The model of the enterprises' collaborative innovation includes the collaborative innovation between the enterprises and the collaborative innovation between enterprises and outside subjects(colleges or scientific research institution).In this article main analyze the collaborative innovation between enterprises and outside subjects.In the process of collaborative innovation,the present stage is researching the collaborative innovation objects,Innovation model,the impact factors of technology innovation,etc.,seldom on the knowledge interaction during innovation process.On this point,this article analyzes the impact factors of knowledge interaction during the enterprise collaboration.Broadening the collaborative management theory and the enterprise collaborate knowledge management theory makes a certain practical significance and theoretical values.We get the general rules of knowledge interaction by analyzing,that will help to put forward the policy and suggestion in the enterprise collaborative innovation practice.This article research mainly from the following several aspects:First,based on the existing research,we analyze the characteristics of knowledge interaction in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation,understand the connotation of knowledge interaction,anatomy the reasons of knowledge interaction in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation,and also card the processes in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation.From the preparation stage to the implementation phase of collaborative innovation projects and then to collaborative innovation regression stage,in which the core is collaborative innovation project implementation phase.Second,constructing the model for the influence factors of enterprise collaborative innovation knowledge interaction,we need to take collaborative innovation as the main body to get a frame theory for the knowledge interactions,then constructing knowledge interaction model,analyze the influence factors of knowledge interactions from the aspects of internal and external and propose the research assumptions.The internal factors include each subject's motivation,each subject's absorption and transmission capacity of knowledge,organizational culture and project cooperation experience.The external factors include knowledge characteristics,knowledge distance between subjects,trust relationship between subjects,organizational distance,market competition environment,etc.Last,use the method of system dynamics to do simulation analysis,in order to obtain the long term evolution rules of knowledge interaction in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation.Four state variables are showing the trend of the growth of the index,enterprise/outer body of knowledge sharing amounts are rising rapidly at first and then slowly rising trend,the collaborative innovation situation presents irregular change.According to the simulation results and sensitivity analysis,we can put forward the policy and suggestion of knowledge interaction in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation.We propose to collaborative innovation overall recommendations,enhance mutual trust,the implementation of reasonable and effective incentive system may include spiritual rewards,material rewards,work incentive,other incentives,which can improve employee motivation in their daily work to eliminate knowledge interactive process invisible barriers,stronger cohesion,is the so-called unity is strength,people raise the firewood flame high,promote the effect of knowledge interaction in the process of enterprise.
