In the new century,when the economy is developing rapidly,various commercial crashes are frequent,and high-level scandals and market obscuration operations are increasing.For example,in February 2017,South Korea's Samsung's head Li was found guilty of bribery.Such phenomena abound at home and abroad,causing people to reflect——What caused the high-level scandals to happen frequently? In the field of organizational management,as early as the 21 st century,scholars began to pay attention to the theme of “leader integrity” and called for leaders to value integrity,so as to increase the effectiveness and influence of leadership,and help organization to achieve sustainable development.Therefore,this study focuses on the topic of leader integrity and is committed to exploring the impact of leadership integrity on employee attitudes(affective commitment)and behaviors(innovative behavior)and their intrinsic mechanisms of action.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted and a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to all enterprises and institutions,and 270 questionnaires were collected.Among them,through the screening to eliminate the questionnaires that were not filled in with serious and missing items,the final number of valid questionnaires was 261,with an effective rate of 87%.This study used SPSS,Amos,Mplus and other tools to perform statistical analysis on the collected data,including descriptive analysis,common method deviation analysis,correlation analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,hierarchical regression analysis,and structural equation analysis.Results as following:(1)Leader integrity has a significant positive impact on employees' affective commitment.Among them,employees' psychological safety and interactional justice all play a complete mediating role.The mediating role of psychological safety is greater than the mediating role of interactional justice.(2)Leader integrity has a significant positive impact on employees' innovative behavior.Among them,employees' psychological safety and interactional justice all play a complete mediation role.The mediating role of psychological safety is greater than the mediating role of interactional justice.(3)Abusive supervision plays a significant regulatory role in the relationship between leader integrity and employees' psychological safety and interactional justice.When leaders conduct abusive supervision,they will reduce the influence of the leader integrity on their employees' psychological safety and interactional justice.At the same time,abusive supervision regulate the mediating effect of psychological safety on the relationship between leader integrity and employee affective commitment and innovative behavior,and regulates the mediating effect of interactional justice on the relationship between leader integrity and employee affective commitment and innovative behavior.The ancient saying goes,“Words must be made and actions must be taken.” which can be said to show integrity fully.Through the results of the discussion in this study,it can be seen that the leader integrity for employees and organizations is crucial.Therefore,in a series of human resource management practices such as recruitment,training,promotion,and so on,we should pay attention to the integrity of employees and managers,which will also help improve the overall quality of the company's talent echelon and help create a more fair and harmonious corporate culture.
