In the past 20 years,the tourism industry showing a blowout trend,with the increase of people's wealth,travel frequency becomes higher,the mass tourism experience more and more rich,the original has been dominated by mass tourism tourism model has been unable to meet people's diversified needs,walks by the favor of the masses because of its convenience and great self choice.The proportion of self-help tourists in China is showing a trend of strengthening year by year.Different from the high sensitive reaction of the market,tourism enterprises and tourism practitioners still follow the mass tourism golden laws and precious rules as the main body,the travel market is not made consistent with the change of the market,this paper aims to study the similarities and differences between the behavior of tourists and tourists travel team,grasp the dynamic changes of new and old market.To investigate the behavior characteristics of tourists and visitors travel team,the transformation helps to perfect the travel market and traditional tourism enterprises.In this paper based on the literature review,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,surveys and visits in the Changsha area,using SPSS analysis software to collect data on demographic characteristics,including two kinds of tourist behavior and motivation features such as reliability analysis,frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and cross analysis,based on the results of data analysis,reference to a large number of interviews obtained the first-hand information,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the results of.The results show the similarities and differences between the self-help tourists and the team tourists on the tourism behavior,and explain the reasons for their generality and difference.Finally,the conclusions and suggestions are put forward for the two types of markets.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the share of self-service travel market is much larger than that of team travel market;men's self-help tourism is more than that of women;the age of self-service tourists tends to be younger,and the overall age of team tourists is relatively large.Second,because of our system of paid leave is not popular,most of the tourists are concentrated in the statutory holidays;self-help tourists travel time than tourists;tourism consumption elasticity budget self-help tourists of large team tourists spending budget generally concentrated;the traditional paper media has declined,replaced by a new the media such as the Internet,mobile phone,app etc.Tourists are no longer sensitive to hard advertising,and the change is more rational.
