As an important part of the company's input,human capital input directly affects the development of the company.Era of rapid development in the global economy,the knowledge structure along with the change of market economy also has a huge change,in order to adapted to the change in a rapidly changing market economy,conform to the development of global companies are also in the from all walks of life to speed up the pace,quickly change the economic structure.It can be seen that human capital is the top priority and material capital has been difficult to play a bigger role.Human capital has just corrected its shortcomings.Human capital directly affects the development of the pharmaceutical companies,pharmaceutical companies,with emphasis on the research and development and the market,pharmaceutical companies have to improve staff and technical application ability in the sweep of a competitive edge in the market.In recent years,the economic situation in China has been declining,and the pharmaceutical industry has been hampered by the development of the pharmaceutical industry.And the development of pharmaceutical enterprises in human capital has great dependence,so nearly five years of Harbin pharmaceutical group,this paper analysis on human capital investment,improve the efficiency of human capital investment and output,to optimize the distribution of corporate capital structure,at the same time can also be a corresponding impact on corporate performance,and the rational allocation of corporate capital.Based on the research on human capital investment,this paper expounds the purpose and significance of this research.First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of human resources in China's pharmaceutical industry,the general situation of Harbin pharmaceutical group and the state of human capital investment and the basic operating conditions in the last five years.And then using the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to the present situation of the investment in human capital management of Harbin pharmaceutical group are analyzed,and concrete analysis and study of executive compensation,technical personnel salary,r&d investment and pay for the training on financial performance debt paying ability,operation ability,profitability,development capacity four sorts of effects.The results show that the human capital investment and financial management have many disadvantages,and it is necessary for Harbin pharmaceutical group to implement the targeted improvement measures in the management of human capital investment.On the basis of this analysis,sum up the Harbin pharmaceutical group in human capital investment in employee training costs into the lack of attention,lack of material incentive and spirit incentive diversity strategic target,human resources,lack of long-term and a series of problems and corresponding Suggestions for improvement to the questions.That can effectively relieve against the problems of human capital investment problems of Harbin pharmaceutical group optimization measures,such as increasing investment in staff education training,increased investment in research and development focus on technology innovation and improve the employees' incentive system and to establish a long-term human resource promotion system,strengthen the enterprise investment decision management,etc.,in order to avoid the Harbin pharmaceutical group in human capital investment is not a matter of science,to little effect,ensure that the role of human capital investment,to achieve significant benefits,promote enterprise sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise industry competitiveness.
