Study On The Factors Influencing The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Fujian

After the 18th CPC National Congress,the world economy has entered into a stage of deep adjustment with the experience of the international financial crisis.China has since stepped from the period of high-speed development towards high quality development.And at present it is the vital time to change the development mode,optimize the market structure,and strengthen the motive force of the development.In view of the historic change of this moment,we still need to take development as the center,grasp the ideas of the new development,and promote the transformation and upgrading of China's economy.Optimizing industrial structure is a fundamental change of industrial structure and economic system in a certain country or region in a certain period,which is an organic unity of rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure.The development of Fujian province economy in recent years has speeded up,but there still exists problems of industrial isomorphism,low level in the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.In order to solve this problem and keep consistent with the needs of national development policy,it is important to find out the optimization of industrial structure in Fujian province upgrade key factors,explore its mechanism of action,help optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of Fujian province.This paper first introduces the Fujian Province industrial structure evolutionary characteristics and the status quo,and then reviews the relevant theories of industrial structure optimization and upgrading,and further it analyzes the four factors influencing the upgrading of the industrial structure optimization and its mechanism.Based on the research hypothesis put forward in this paper,the empirical analysis of the index and the model is constructed by the research ideas through the design method.What's more,by using the quantitative analysis,the degrees of structure optimization and upgrading in nine different cities of Fujian Province are measured from the view of height and rationality,and objective evaluation is also given.Then,with the panel data model,the discussion of the impact of Fujian's industrial structure rationalization and industrial structure upgrading,namely the size and direction of action,are conducted from the four perspectives of leading industries,energy utilization,openness and technological progress.The conclusion of the study shows that the leading industries,the degree of openness and the progress of science and technology have a significant role in promoting Fujian Province industrial structure rationalization and optimization.However,energy utilization in Fujian province,which is not significant to the industrial structure effect,only promotes the rationalization of industrial structure.This is because most areas of Fujian province is still driven by high energy consumption and high pollution technology,while technology intensive industry development is limited,resulting in the stagnancy of industrial structure of Fujian province evolving into the upgrading process.The results of this study may be driven by some years of data.In order to exclude the interference of this factor,the Fama-Macbeth annual regression is taken and the results show that the data for certain years may have certain influence on the degree of this study,but did not change the main conclusion of the substantive test.Finally,combined with the results of the empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Fujian province.
