At the end of 2013,when Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Central Asia and Southeast Asian countries,he suggested the renovation of building the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century"."The Belt and Road initiative" can meet the needs of China's modernization. And it provides the development opportunity and platform for the development of other countries. At the same time,we need to find and solve the difficulties and challenges of various industries and different regions in the process of implementation."The Belt and Road" wooden forest products export market is an important part of the The Belt and Road export market Although the export of "The Belt and Road" wooden forest products ranking did not enter the top ten,"The Belt and Road" wood forest product exports grew rapidly. It's very important to explore the characteristics of "The Belt and Road" wooden forest products export growth.Meanwhile,as the development of the Two Margins Analysis,Three Margins Analysis is less applied to the wood processing industry.Although Three Margins Analysis has been used to study international trade, there is less research involved in specific industries. This paper will explore the industrial characteristics of the export growth of wood forest products by Three Margins Analysis in"The Belt and Road" range. And this article will try to find out the factors influencing the export growth of wooden forest products in the range of"The Belt and Road".We hope to put forward more pertinent opinions on the basis of the research conclusions.Firstly, this paper collected the relevant data about the export of wood forest products from 2005 to 2014 in the CEP II BACI database. And this article explored the export of wood forest products from two aspects of the whole and the local by Three Margins Analysis.Secondly,in this paper, the results of the study were taken as dependent variables, and the factors such as economic scale, relative distance, potential market scaleand free trade area were taken as independent variables.According to the results of the tests,we found the most suitable way by using the individual fixed effects panel data model to study this problem. Finally, wecame to the conclusion that the wood forest products export in The Beltand Road export market and the subdivision market were mainly influenced by the Price Margin and it also was effected by the Quantity Margin. The Extensive Margin was the minimum influencing factors. We also found that there is a positive correlation between the Quantity Margin and the degree of economic development and this result was the same between the Extensive Margin and the degree of economic development. There is a negative correlation between distance and dependent variable. And results showed that there was a positive correlation between the per-capita forest resources and the Extensive Margin of expansion. There is a negative correlation between exchange rate and Quantity Margin, but the exchange rate is positively related to the Price Margin.Population growth is beneficial to the growth of the variables. The free trade zone is good for the Quantity Margin and the Extensive Margin. However, the financial crisis is not conducive to wood forest products export in The Belt and Road range. This article will be the first to use the There Margins Analysis to study wood forest product exports in the Belt and Road Initiative range. And this is conducive to enrich the existing research and promote the development of The Belt and Road Initiative. And this paper extended the original Trade Gravity Model. Then, the model can be suitable for the study of the export of wood forest products in the range of The Belt and Road Initiative. So the results can provide a basis for better countermeasures.
