The Study On Current Situations,Problems And Solutions Of Fiscal Revenue Structure In Haikou

Haikou is the youngest capital city with weak economic base of China.In recent years,the financial departments at all levels in accordance with the establishment and improvement of public financial management system requirements,both of Public financial administrative system and operating mechanism make dramatic changes.However,with the strengthening of financial liability,the issue between income and expenditure has become great obvious,which requires the fiscal revenue must maintain a certain growth to adapt,promote the healthy growth of revenue,and then contribute to economic and social development.For HaiKou city that with unsubstantial economic foundatio,how to better improve the structure of government income and keep the financial revenue stay secular growth is allimportant.The equitable structure of fiscal revenue is an urgent need to comprehensively raise the level of financial work in the new situation,also become important to build a harmonious society and bring about the"thirteen five" goals.The improvement of Haikou's financial revenue structure will bring important practical significance for the organization of the province's financial revenue.In this paper,through the analysis of Haikou 2010-2016 annual economic development and financial history data,summarized in the foundation of the conclusion on the research at home and abroad.Meanwhile,this paper also pointed out the overall economy and revenue circumstances and current existing problems of local governmen.To further enhance the revenue collection and management,promote the quality of local government revenue steadily promotion;we should take steps to reform the financial system,improve the level of government regulation and other measures,in order to further improve the local government revenue structure in Haikou City,tamp the foundation of Taxation,and continue to improve a stable financial support of local economy and society.
