With the gradual increase in the level of national consumption and the continued prosperity of domestic e-commerce,China's logistics industry has obtained great opportunities for development.However,compared with developed countries in the world,China's logistics industry still faces a series of problems such as low efficiency of overall logistics operations and weak competitive advantages.In order to solve the above problems,using the Internet and emerging information technology to build a logistics information platform is one of the major trends in the future.Therefore,taking the logistics information platform as the research object,it is the crucial problem of this paper to explore how to use the relevant platform operation strategies to increase the selfadvantages of the logistics platform companies.In order to improve the service efficiency and service quality of the logistics information platform,more and more logistics platform companies have chosen to use the cloud service mode to provide personalized services to the two-sided users of the logistics information platform.With the increasing number of logistics information platforms that can provide the basic platform services of the same type,competition for value-added services around logistics information platforms is beginning to intensify.Therefore,how to invest in value-added services of logistics information platform is an important problem concerning the development of logistics platform enterprises.Although the logistics information platform can provide the basic and value-added services by cloud computing,in the actual push of the service,it is still necessary to use a variety of logistics information platform products to achieve specific service activities.Therefore,in the competitive environment,how to choose the preannouncement strategy for the new version of the logistics information platform product is another important problem concerning the development of the logistics platform enterprise.In summary,based on the analysis of the logistics information platform and two-sided market literature,this article focuses on the following three aspects:(1)Logistics information platform value-added service investment decision under cloud service mode.By constructing the Hotelling oligopolistic competition model,the optimal investment of value-added service under the conditions of single-homing and multi-homing is analyzed.The Nash equilibrium strategies of value-added service investment were derived.(2)Logistics information platform value-added service quality investment competition decision under cloud service mode.Based on the value-added services of logistics information platform that distinguish between high quality and low quality,by constructing the Hotelling oligopolistic competition model,the optimal investment quality of value-added service under three different homing conditions is analyzed.The Nash equilibrium strategies of value-added service quality were derived.(3)Research on the preannouncement strategy of logistics information platform under cloud service mode.On the basis of distinguishing between the formal and the informal preannouncement strategy,by constructing the Hotelling oligopolistic competition model,the optimal platform preannouncement strategies under three different homing conditions are analyzed.The Nash equilibrium preannouncement strategies were derived.
