Over the past 40 years since our country's reform and opening up,we have always focused on economic construction.After the Nineteenth National Congress in particular,our country has entered the “new normal”,and the economic and social development is facing unprecedented risks and challenges.Cities to build smart industries,build city-level online service platform for the promotion of urban transformation,industrial agglomeration and upgrading,the integration of the two strategic initiatives to strongly support local businesses,especially the development of information technology-based business enterprises.In order to positively respond to the government's support for the development and transformation of commercial and trading enterprises,through the establishment of a corporate business information service platform,cloud computing,big data,and informatization are taken as one of the important means to improve management and promote the development of enterprises.In recent years,the industry has developed China plays an increasingly important role.However,we should clearly see that the information services required by different regions,different industries,and different stages are not the same,and thus build a corporate business information public service platform based on local,national,and peripheral industries.Analyze the problems existing in the development of enterprise informatization,such as: lack of unified government planning and guidance,weak information industry foundation,insufficient investment in informatization funds,lack of informatization professionals,severe informatization polarization,lack of unified public information exchange services,etc.problem.Use marketing theory to position the platform.By establishing and implementing marketing strategies,the operating team has a deeper understanding of the market environment,applied products,business analysis,marketing planning,and partner management in five directions,and thus realizes the rapid development of the platform.R & D to build a unified,rich,easy to use,convenient and integrated enterprise business information cloud platform,integration of mature SaaS applications in the market to meet the internal communication,management,external marketing,financial needs.The scope of services includes government,enterprises and institutions,and users purchase online payment on demand.
