Opportunities And Challenges Of The ?One Belt�One Road? Initiative To China And Kazakhstan

Today's economic weakness of Europe and America in the world geopolitics is the very time for advancing economics of China and Eurasia integration steps.In its turn,these changes made feel us that the world rules are becoming to move from West to East constructing a new version in geopolitics map.Well,in such a geopolitics remodeling period it is natural revival of The Great Silk way in history lines.Moreover,nowadays superiority depends on geoculture and geoeconomy at such period full of mega changes.This paper aims to present the economic development of China and Kazakhstan under the initiative of�One Belt One Road�and its opportunities with challenges.How do we understand the causes,impacts,and ways for the emergence of economic opportunities in Kazakhstan under the initiative of�One Belt One Road�? Exactly on this issues the article will focus on.I got two main parts of my research and the first is the qualitative research method,exactly was interviewed the president of � International Center for Boundary Cooperation KHORGOS� Mr.Kaharman Jazin.By interview time were asked many questions to gain an understanding of underlying reasons,opinions,and motivations,which would provide insights into the problem or helps to develop ideas or hypotheses for my research.Also the quantitative research method,simply say is collecting data all over 3-5 years of existing One Belt � One Road initiative,and exactly of transcontinental highway from China to Western Europe through 5 regions of Kazakhstan.This method is used by me to quantify the problem by way of generating numerical data or data that can be transformed into useable statistics.It is used to quantify attitudes,opinions,behaviors,and other defined variables � and generalize results from a larger sample population.According to the numerical data taken from informational portal �New way to Europe� and done analytical work.The main point of this project is to create a new better format of cross-border cooperation,integrated into the world economy.And the objective of One Belt � One Road initiatives is development of border areas between China and Kazakhstan,attracting more investment situation,expanding the affect of interstate and national programs on environmental,cultural and social-ecological interaction of simple people.The mission of the One Belt � One Road initiative is to create a new format of crossborder cooperation,integrated into the world economy.And the objective of this project is development of border areas between China and Kazakhstan,attracting more foreign direct investment,expanding the influence of interstate and national programs on environmental,cultural and social-ecological interaction of living people.In conclusion,the words said by Kennedy,the president of the USA,�Geography made us neighbors.History made us friends.Economics made us partners.The necessity made us alliance partners� describing the relations between the USA and Canada.This quotation can be also used for generating the relations between China,Kazakhstan and Russia.Future more,all significant ways of integration process are being held.In the concerns of developed international harmony,deepening of integration process and making international transport motorways play a leading role in solving traffic problems.Accordingly,at each period the more world economic trade relations are getting better,the more cultural-humanitarian or regional safety system are getting modern.Therefore,such a multifarious idea about constructing �New Silk way� will meet the interests near not only located in Asia or Europe countries,but it also an attractive idea that will draw attention of other countries with implant trade base.In addition �New Silk way�,preparing for transfiguration is not a copy of over aged road passed by trade caravans.On the contrary,the aim of this modernized project is a promotion in economic support of transit traffic road,which is spread for 5000 kilometers,equipped with new technological logistic hub joins.As a proof it can be transcontinental way �West Europe-West China� that is considered as a bridge of West and East.
