With the increasing production of agricultural products in China, the demand for the quality and service of fresh agricultural products is getting higher and higher, especially the "last one kilometer" distribution problem, which puts forward higher demand for the cold chain logistics and distribution of agricultural products.Cold chain logistics industry as a demand oriented service industry, with the circulation of agricultural products, the total amount of activities has been increasing continuously.Air pollution is caused by the increase of distribution cost and fuel consumption.Meanwhile, the urban traffic congestion and other problems are triggered by the increase of logistics transport vehicles.Today, under much attention of low carbon economy, the realization of low-carbon operation in various industries has become the common goal pursued by the public. Therefore, the low carbon improvement of agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution has become an inevitable trend. How to ensure the quality of logistics delivery service, optimize the cost and reduce pollution is a topic worth studying.Based on the current situation, this paper combines the low carbon economy, distribution system and other related theories, adds carbon emission constraints on the basis of traditional related theories, analyze the cold chain logistics distribution system under low carbon constraints.Through discuss the influence of the key factor changes on the distribution cost and the carbon dioxide emission. In this paper, the system dynamics method is used to establish the system dynamics model that considers the distribution cost and carbon dioxide emission, and then analyze the influence factors of the cold chain logistics distribution system under the low carbon constraint.Meanwhile, this paper takes the cold chain logistics distribution system in Zhengzhou as an example, collects relevant data and carries out simulation research. The results show that the cost of distribution and carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by changing the level of information technology, the ability of circulation processing operation and the ability of organization and management, the increase of the demand response ability will lead to the increase of the system distribution cost and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, which needs to coordinate the cost and environmental benefits. From the result of the analysis of the government policy support level, the government policy supports the effect of carbon dioxide emissions in the distribution system, but there is a diminishing effect. It is necessary for the government to adjust or promulgate relevant laws and regulations to improve the awareness of environmental protection. Finally, through the analysis of the full text,on the basis of the above research results, the paper put forward the optimization proposal of the cold chain logistics distribution system in Zhengzhou, which provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for the gradual realization of the win-win of economic effect and ecological benefit.
