After entering the 21 st century, the words like "low carbon travel",and "low carbon life" began to enter people’s vision and people’s life, gradually began to change people’s life-style and living standard, accompanied by a concept of "low carbon city". With the increasing number of urban population, the demand for fresh frozen food is increasing, the cold chain distribution number and the logistics scale is also increasing.Low carbon city has the characteristics of people-oriented, low carbon, sustainable development, easy living and complexity. It is the goal of urban development. In order to build a "low carbon city" and achieve the sustainable development, it is necessary to choose the low carbonization of the urban cold chain logistics. And for the city’s cold chain logistics system, urban distribution system is the main path of fossil energy consumption and the main source of carbon dioxide. In order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, reduce the cost of cold chain logistics, the author selecte to optimize the cold chain logistics distribution path under the "low carbon" constraints. In the distribution process, distribution of goods refuse to appear the damage phenomenon, reject the cost of damage. In the distribution process of the cold chain logistics, the mainly costs are the vehicle fixed cost due to send vehicle, with changes in transport mileage variable transportation cost and the cooling costs during transportation and unloading process.Meanwhile due to the delivery time requirements of distribution-customers. Based on the above distribution costs, link he amount of carbon dioxide and carbon emissions trading, add the cost of carbon emissions.and taking the total cost as the objective function, construct the cost optimization model. Finally taking the DCH logistics center as an example, choosing genetic algorithm to solve the model and using MATLAB software programming to optimize the distribution paths. Contrast the optimization results and the actual distribution path and obtain the corresponding results, to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model. The results can provide reference for DCH logistics company in the distribution line, quantity, delivery time of refrigerated truck.Through the analysis research, the following conclusions are obtained:(1) using genetic algorithm to optimize the distribution of cold chain logistics, the optimization scheme is more preferable than the non optimal distribution scheme,so it is feasible to select genetic algorithm to solve the problem.(2) routing optimization of multiple distribution points can reduce thedistribution cost and reduce the carbon dioxide emission, so it is very important to choose the distribution plan.(3) logistics enterprises must realize the importance of distribution optimization, realize the importance of carbon dioxide emissions to the social environment, and understand that reducing carbon dioxide emissions is a great wealth of the whole society.
