In2012, the total output of aquatic products in the country reached59.0601million tons, which has ranking first in the world at22consecutive years, which account for about37.67%of global output. The per capita consumption of aquatic products reached about42kg, which is1.6-fold of the world average, but the possession of frozen aquatic products and aquatic products cold chain facilities and equipment technology lags far behind other countries. Aquatic products cold chain city distribution link exist broken chains phenomenon and preservation technology is too traditional, such as, preservation ratio less than20%and the deep processing rate of less than10%.The existing cold chain distribution facilities, equipment and distribution efficiency can’t meet the rapid growth in output of aquatic products demand for cold chain.According to the flow characteristics of aquatic products and the characteristics of each subject in system, the basic operation graph based on agent is draw. From the three aspects of distribution entities, distribution and consumption activities, this dissertation analysis and compares the existing cooperative problem (subject, information, interest and distribution links etc.) of three different distribution patterns, and then summarizes the causes. Then this dissertation uses the method of system dynamics to constructs the causal loop diagram of aquatic products cold chain of city distribution system, which descripts the causal relationship between various factors in detail. In order to distinguish the nature of different variables and intuitive characterize of these systems logical relationship between the internal and external variables, the circuit diagram is changed into SD traffic stock chart. By changing the parameters of different indicators and combing with the actual data of Beijing City, the dissertation makes a scenario analysis from two aspects:transverse (different distribution models) and longitudinal (different technical indicators). The horizontal comparison is realized by introducing a system of cooperative distribution mode used as reference model and by changing the parameter size distribution agencies according with different distribution operation mode; vertical comparison is realized by changing the different technical multiplier indexes (the level of information technology, distribution processing efficiency, distribution processing efficiency and demand response ability)In order to solve distribution entities mutual exclusion and uncooperative, low efficiency of resource utilization, the sharing of information asymmetry, the distribution chain broken, uneven distribution of aquatic products distribution facilities, the low degree of standardization (product packaging containers, transport vehicle and storage tray distribution facilities) and interest distribution inequality, the dissertation mainly put forward some relevant cooperative strategies from the following four aspects:Information collaboration, benefits coordination, operator of the subject coordination, collaboration and distribution sectors coordination. The subject in distribution system fully shares the resource and information and use the modern information technology to monitor the distribution operation in real-time. Using the comprehensive contribution (distribution, distribution operation stability, criterion and a series of index) shares the interests which can give a certain degree of price subsidies to the enterprise, compensate for the loss and uniform distribution of interests. Another method is to promote the level of cooperation among entities to curb vicious competition behavior and formulate the relevant standards to make the operation of distribution system to be standardized. The objective that reducing the number of the standard cold storage vehicles, reducing inventory\delivery cost and improving economic efficiency can be trued.
