Research On The Influence Of Financial Industry Agglomeration On Economic Growth In Shaanxi Province

With the rapid economic development in our country in recent years,the finan cial industry also showed the corresponding development and progress,the develop ment of the financial industry has also become a pillar industry in developed urban areas,the agglomeration effect of the financial industry is also more and more ob vious.According to the relevant research can be learned,financial industry agglomerat ion and the development of the region's economy showed a significant positive corr elation.This article will take Shaanxi Province as the research object,combined with relevant theories of financial industry agglomeration at home and abroad,through pa nel data model to empirical analysis to explore the specific impact mechanism of t he accumulation of financial industry in Shaanxi Province on economic growth.After the empirical analysis of the relevant data,it can be concluded that the developmen t of financial industry in Shaanxi Province can not only directly promote its econo mic growth,it can also indirectly promote economic growth by influencing the stock of physical capital and the stock of labor capital.The first part of this paper summarizes the related literatures of financial indus try agglomeration at home and abroad,it provides the theoretical basis for the follo w-up research;Followed by the second part,taking Shaanxi Province as the research object,it analyzes the present situation of its economic and financial industry aggl omeration and development,the method of location entropy is mainly used to measu re the development of financial industry agglomeration horizontally and vertically;Th e third part is empirical analysis,through the panel data model analysis of Shaanxi Province,the impact of financial industry agglomeration on its economic developm ent mechanism;he last part,based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical a nalysis,combined with the status quo of Shaanxi Province itself,draws conclusions and policy recommendations for the development of its financial industry in Shaan xi Province.
