In the 1970s,the United States began to appear on the GEM listed companies.After that,the economic globalization continued to improve.The GEM market also entered a period of rapid development in various countries.Since the entry barrier to the GEM was relatively low and the policy situation was relatively optimistic,it became small and medium-sized.Enterprises are particularly important financing platforms for high-tech industry companies.China's Growth Enterprise Market was initially formed in 2009.So far,718 companies have successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market.As emerging industries have good prospects for development,coupled with strong national policies,both individual and institutional investors are interested in the Growth Enterprise Market.The market has a high degree of enthusiasm and expectations;in addition,the Shenzhen Stock Exchange designated the GEM Listing Rules to introduce a system in which listed companies are forced to withdraw from the market if they suffer losses.In the context of strict supervision and optimistic economic conditions,the listed companies In order to maintain its position in the industry and promote the healthy development of the company,it is actively adopting various means to develop the company.Many of them are horizontal or vertical mergers and acquisitions.Mergers and acquisitions have been able to break through industry barriers and reduce frictional costs,so they have always been favored by corporate executives.Based on this background,this paper studies the changes in M&A performance of listed companies on the GEM in 2015,and studies the influence of the company's influencing factors on the performance of M&A,and draws conclusions.Suggestions are made for reference by supervisors and company executives to achieve entrepreneurship.The rapid and healthy development of board companies promotes the prosperity of China's GEM market.M&A is the general term for mergers,acquisitions,and mergers.It is a transfer of rights.It specifically refers to the right of the company's rights holders to seek the development of the enterprise and make arrangements for the company's property rights,and to use this method to obtain more professionalism at the lowest cost.The talents,mature management experience,and the latest and most mature technologies are used to reduce the cost of horizontal or vertical competition of enterprises,increase the visibility of enterprises,and increase the excess profits.However,mergers and acquisitions must not have the imaginary effect.What's more,it will have a negative impact on the company and drag on the company's development.In order to determine whether the company's mergers and acquisitions have a positive effect on the company,this article attempts to use the GEM listed company as an entry point.Through the study of the changes in the performance of the mergers and acquisitions of 29 GEM listed companies before and after mergers and acquisitions in 2015,factor analysis and comprehensive scoring models were used to compare the changes in the data before and after mergers and acquisitions.Finally,relevant conclusions were drawn,and corresponding conclusions were made.
