Research On The Evaluation Of The Performance Of Chinese Listed Chinese Medicine Companies In China

The pharmaceutical industry is one of the many industries in China.With the implementation of the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",it has played an increasingly important role in the industrial system.The pharmaceutical industry is further subdivided into six sub-sectors.The Chinese medicine industry is one of them.Its proportion in the pharmaceutical industry is very large.According to statistics,as of 2016,the ratio of listed Chinese medicine companies in the entire pharmaceutical listed company has reached More than one third.However,the development of traditional Chinese medicine listed companies has been greatly hindered by the introduction of internationally renowned companies into the Chinese medicine industry,the lack of uniform quality standards for Chinese medicines,and the extinction of many animals and plants.As a part of enterprise management,business performance is evaluated and analyzed.It helps various stakeholders understand the business management level of the company,discovers the advantages and disadvantages of the company itself,and then can solve problems more specifically,define the direction of development,and improve the core Competitiveness,to achieve the company's strategic goals.Based on the theory of interest-related theories,principal-agent theory and strategic management theory,this paper uses factor analysis methods to evaluate the performance of Chinese listed companies of traditional Chinese medicine from 2014 to 2016.Firstly,by analyzing the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises and summarizing a large number of documents,a four-point performance evaluation system for four indicators was constructed.After using spss21.software for empirical analysis,the scores of the four main factors of profitability,solvency,operational ability,and growth ability were scored and the overall score was ranked.Finally,combined with the status quo of the business performance of traditional Chinese medicine companies and empirical analysis results,targeted recommendations are made in order to promote the development of Chinese listed companies.
