Transmission Network Construction Project Risk Management Research In Kuitun Mobile Company

With the progress and development of China's telecommunication industry and the advent of new eras of network transmission,telecommunication companies and operators have increasingly attached importance to the infrastructure and development of transmission network.In order to increase the corporate value,the transformation of transmission network has gradually become the mainstream.There are many technical aspects involved in the transformation of transmission network,and the process is difficult.Meanwhile,the investment funds and human resources are high,and the construction period is also very short.Therefore,the project of transforming the transmission network also has the problem of large investment and high risk.This requires the project implementing agency to carry out specific planning and careful planning of the project.At the same time,we should estimate and guard against the risks existing in the project before the implementation of the project,and control the whole project implementation process effectively to ensure that the project can be safely completed.This paper focuses on the risk management of the transportation network construction project of the mobile company in Kuitun City.It combines the relevant theories of risk management in project management and systematically analyzes the risks existing in the project based on the analysis of the overall work contents of the project and the understanding of the participating units of the project.This paper puts forward several main risk factors in the project,such as: capital risk,technical risk,organization and management risk and information risk.The causes of the risks in each stage of the project are analyzed.After this,we formulate the response measures and project risk control methods and then put forward the project's risk management safeguards.The first part of the article introduces the project background and the actual significance of the project.And then,it explains the contents of the study and the research methods of this paper.Finally,it states the main viewpoints of the relevant literature referenced in the writing of this paper and the application of the related theories of project risk management.In the second part,we first introduce the general situation of the company and the specific working procedures of the project.Then,we elaborate the concept of the project risk and the basis and method of the project risk identification.Through this method,the risk identification of the transport network construction project of the mobile company in Kuitun City is conducted,and at the same time the qualitative analysis is used to analyze and determine the degree of risks.In the third part of this article,we have systematically explained the contents of the three phases of the construction of the transport network project of the mobile company in Kuitun City: feasibility study phase,survey and design phase and construction phase.We individually analyze the causes of the project risks in these three phases,and then develop a risk control improvement program to formulate the response measures for the risks existing in the project based on the relevant theories related to project risk response measures.At the final part of the article,we propose a series of transportation network construction project of the mobile company in Kuitun City and safeguard measures for risk control of the project according to the previous overall analysis.Simultaneously,we provide a theoretical basis for risk control of this project.Through the research of this paper,the paper makes clear the risks existing in the construction project of transport network of Kuitun City Mobile Company,the degree of these risks and the reasons for their formation,and how to control these risks in the implementation of the project.This will help the project managers to understand the project risks in advance,and to formulate countermeasures in advance to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
