To promote the results of operations and long-term development HC Group and affiliated companies, to ensure the safety of state-owned assets value, this paper researchedHC Group's risk monitoring system.This paper studied the state-owned venture capital firm faces HC group, based on the theory of enterprise risk management. Firstly, conducted to identify risk management factors,including analysis of five business units,the group's real estate, property management,heating system, commercial leasing, investment risk management, risk management analyzes the current situation faced by the Group; Secondly, from the policy risk, strategic risk, market risk, operational risk, financial risk, legal risk, security risk, technology risk dimension, using Analytic Hierarchy method, based on a combination of AHP and G1 method empowerment,established HC Group's risk assessment model, risk group and under the five business segments evaluated and delineated the risk threshold determination interval; Finally,determined the risk monitoring objectives, organizational structure, risk management processes, risk management system and safeguard measures, and several other aspects,established HC Group's risk monitoring system.This paper is in close connection with the actual business, reveals how the state-owned holding company coordinate policy and operational objectives, establishes a risk monitoring system according to its own characteristics, has some theoretical and practical reference value on the same type of state-owned company effective risk management and controlling .
