The Research On The Practice Mode Of Agricultural Cooperative In China

Our country is an agricultural country.Solving the problem of agriculture development is the key to build a well-off society.In the process of global economic integration continuously,the traditional mode to the family as the unit of decentralized production mode of operation has been unable to meet the needs of the development.The lack of professional service and guidance of technology make Chinese farmers crops production in the global market competition at a disadvantage position.As a major grain producing areas of Jilin province in China,new ways of solving the problem of agricultural development are of great significance.Based on the mode analysis and summary of agricultural cooperatives in the domestic and foreign practice,the article tries to seek and explore its reference in the process of practice in Jilin province.It aimed at guiding the contemporary practice of Chinese agricultural cooperative process.This article,through reading a large number of data,using literature methodology,the Materialist dialectical thinking method and comparative research on agricultural cooperative practice model,studies the development status and main practice modes of agricultural cooperatives in China.And the agricultural cooperatives in Jilin province are taken as the main object of analysis.This article's analysis is made on the practical mode of current agricultural cooperatives in Jilin province and concluded the main problems existing in the running process.Through analyzing the three countries of the United States,Japan and the Netherlands agricultural cooperative development situation,the article summarizes the experience of the enlightenment to our country agricultural cooperative practice.In view of the development trend of agricultural cooperatives,the countermeasures and suggestions suitable for agricultural cooperative practice are put forward.The following conclusions are obtained through analysis and research:(1)The agricultural cooperatives are rapidly developed.The production and marketing integration service mode is the main mode.The farming cooperatives accounted for the largest.The cooperatives are mainly led by the rural talent people.The cooperatives service is rising in value.Jilin province is a big province of national food and it focus on developing agricultural cooperative province.Current situation of the development is consistent with the above.Therefore vigorously develops the agricultural cooperatives and promoting agricultural modernization reform is of great significance to the province's economic development.(2)The Jilin province agricultural cooperative practice mode is main of "village(party)organization + cooperative + peasant household","peasant household + cooperative","peasant household + company + cooperative"."E-commerce + cooperative + peasant household" model of Jilin province is developed from "Internet + agriculture" and it reached the leading level.In practice,the farmers' cooperative level has been continuously improved,which has promoted the agricultural reform in Jilin province.(3)The Jilin province agricultural cooperatives exist in that the process of practice system guarantee not sufficient,property right structure not clear,lack of management talent and the main problems of internal management system.It has an influence on enhancing participate in cooperative farmer's income and has a great influence on the further development of agricultural cooperatives.(4)To promote the development of the Jilin province agricultural cooperatives,the article puts forward the main countermeasures: perfect agricultural cooperative supervision system,clear property rights of agricultural cooperative ownership,attach great importance to the agricultural cooperative talent cultivation and improve the internal governance structure.Starting from the internal management of agricultural cooperatives,with strict external supervision system and using of various resources,it can improve the overall development level of agricultural cooperation.
