The New Study Of Rural Cooperative Medical Care System Reform In Jilin

New rural cooperative medical system reform is a livelihood project, it is for improving therural medical security system, plays a positive role in improving medical level and health levelof the broad masses of peasants, and to promote the development of rural, urban and ruraldevelopment and build a harmonious society is of great significance. The farmers have a goodquality hard, industrious and thrifty, they have made tremendous contributions for thedevelopment of our society, economy, but its life and health is worrying.Jilin province is agricultural big province, the agricultural population is numerous,construction of rural cooperative medical care system is also more prominent. After years ofefforts, our province since expanded the scope, conditions of service of rural medical and healthinstitutions at all levels have improved, the level of benefit for farmers has also been greatlyimproved, the broad masses of peasants in the actively growing. However, our province’s newrural cooperative medical system still exists some problems, such as the peasant masses for thenew cognition is not enough; the government for the new rural cooperative medical propagandashould be strengthened; medical service is not in place and so on, we also need to thefundamental principle of the Marx doctrine for the guide, based on situation in the province,promote new rural cooperative medical system reform.This paper regards Marx’s theory as the basis, based on the status of Jilin Province, the newrural cooperative medical system reform, analyzes the existing status of the new ruralcooperative medical problems in Jilin Province, the causes of foreign rural medical securitysystem and the revelation to us, and from four aspects, how to improve the new ruralcooperative medical system in Jilin Province, some suggestions are put forward, in order toprovide some reference for China’s new rural cooperative medical system reform.
