The introduction and development of big data and the concept of “Internet Plus” have given birth to the rise of crowdsourcing logistics distribution model,becoming the best choice for rapid distribution in the same city.Fast and secure distribution and high-quality services have become important tools for attracting users.It is called the optimal "Internet + logistics" operation mode.At first,the concept of crowdsourced logistics was proposed because of its better use of idle resources,and it has attracted attention and application,especially in the commercial field.“Internet+” is the integration of resources,service innovation and knowledge sharing in the value creation process of logistics services.The interaction provided an updated platform and business model.Similar to the current situation of the hot taxi software market,crowdsourcing logistics is attracting attention while meeting various opportunities and challenges.Users create value together Since the transformation of user roles from passive to active has become a major source of competitive advantage for merchants and platforms,logistics service demanders,logistics service providers and third-party stakeholders have become the co-creation of the value of crowdsourcing logistics services.Crowdsourced logistics platform,as a typical platform for value creation between logistics service providers and logistics service providers,attracts the attention of academics and entrepreneurs.In this paper,we have combed out the previous literature on crowdsourcing,crowdsourcing logistics and the value of several virtual platforms.The research of scholars includes participation behaviors of crowdsourced platforms for crowdsourced logistics,fresh crowdsourcing and logistics services,and crowdsourcing.There is no in-depth research on the value co-creation of the participants of crowdsourcing logistics in terms of optimization of logistics distribution routes in the same city.Therefore,this article takes crowdsourcing logistics as the background and the value-creation of all parties involved in crowdsourcing logistics as the research.Objective: To examine the co-creation mechanism and mode of co-creation of various parties in crowdsourcing logistics,from the perspective of value co-creation,to analyze the influencing factors,processes and results of co-creation of value for all parties involved in crowdsourcing logistics,and to try to establish service-based services.The dominant logic builds a new model for understanding and analyzing the value of crowdsourcing logistics,and points out that the value innovation of crowdsourcing logistics model should include value creation between the contractor,the receiver and the crowdsourcing platform.In addition,according to the empirical research results,further studies are conducted on the impact factors,processes,and consequences of the value co-creation.In order to enrich the theoretical achievements of value creation,this paper conducts an exploratory study on the co-creation of crowdsourcing logistics value.Finally,the application strategy of crowdsourcing logistics service innovation is elaborated based on the research results,in order to provide implementation strategies and suggestions for the transformation from the traditional logistics model to the value co-innovation logistics model.
