With the rapid development of China's e-commerce economy and the increasing popularity of the Internet,it leaded to e-commerce logistic have achieved rapid development and the logistic industry have become an important part of China's economic development. The proportion of distribution cost in the “last mile” is too high for the whole cost of logistics. There are many problems in the end segment of the supply chain, such as multiple distribution caused by failure of distribution, there is a conflict between the receiving time and the delivery time.At the same time, the “last mile” distribution is only link directly facing customers in the whole logistics activity process,it is of great significance to the impact of service satisfaction. To solve the problem of multiple distribution in “last mile” of e-commerce logistics we propose a crowdsourcing logistics delivery collection express model. From the perspective of social network theory,it analyses the impact of individual characteristics, overall characteristics and relationship attributes of social network on crowdsourcing logistics delivery, and puts forward relevant assumptions.Through empirical research, this paper explores the impact of structural and relational attributes of social network on the delivery efficiency, cost and service quality of crowdsourcing logistics. This paper provides a new way to improve the efficiency of the “last kilometer” distribution, reduce the cost of distribution and improve the quality of distribution services.Firstly, based on the social network theory, this paper analyzes the impact of crowdsourcing logistics delivery from the three dimensions of social network theory, such as individual characteristic attribute, overall characteristic attribute and relationship attribute, and puts forward the assumptions about the influencing factors of crowdsourcing logistics delivery and its mechanism of action. The impact of crowdsourcing logistics delivery collection express model on logistics cost, efficiency and service quality was studied.Secondly, this paper validates the structural equation model proposed in this paper through empirical research.Through descriptive statistical analysis of the collected questionnaire data, the reliability and validity of the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Finally, the semi-research structural equation model is tested by Amos software, and the results of the research hypothesis are analyzed according to the test results. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the network size, network density and clustering coefficient of the overall characteristic attributes of social networks have a positive impact on the delivery of crowdsourcing logistics;the centrality of the individual characteristics of social networks, the centrality of the intermediary,Close centrality and heterogeneity have a positive impact on crowdsourcing logistics delivery;the relationship strength in the relationship characteristics of social networks also has a positive impact on crowdsourcing logistics delivery. At the same time, crowdsourcing logistics delivery can reduce logistics and distribution costs, improve distribution efficiency and delivery service quality. This study improves the relevant theory of crowdsourcing logistics distribution, and has important guiding significance for improving the efficiency of logistics distribution delivery.Crowdsourcing logistics delivery model can effectively solve the problems of multiple distribution in the "last kilometer" of logistics, the conflict between distribution service time and customer signing time,so as to improve the distribution efficiency and service quality of logistics enterprises in the "last kilometer" distribution, reduce the cost of logistics distribution, and further improve their competitiveness.
