Research On The Risk Evaluation Of Crowdsourcing Logistics In O2O Mode

Since Bezos set up Amazon,the world's first B2C e-commerce company,in 1995,the brand new business format of e-commerce has swept the globe for more than 30 years.It has changed the traditional business practices and changed people's living habits and buying behavior.020 mode of further development,its areas of continuous expansion,such as dropping a taxi,home delivery,delivery and other fresh supermarkets.With the seamless connection and in-depth integration of online and offline businesses in the field of 020,catering,fresh food and retail businesses have become increasingly demanding in terms of logistics.In particular,orders for distribution,fresh food,take-away services and on-site services in the same city have been continuously increasing,"Last mile" real-time delivery model is facing a severe test.Seeking a high efficiency,low cost and high efficiency of the logistics and distribution has become the focus of many businesses and the urgent problems to be solved.Under the wave of sharing economy,crowdsourcing logistics models that make full use of idle resources in society for distribution work have come into being as well.Crowdsourcing logistics model is a new mode of logistics and distribution,through the use of free courier staff in a crowdsourcing logistics platform to grab a single,the goods at the fastest speed,timely and efficient delivery to consumers,and earn the appropriate services remuneration.However,there are still some risk factors in crowdsourcing logistics.Effective identification and analysis of risk factors can better promote the development of crowdsourcing logistics.In this paper,through analyzing the relevant literature and analyzing the operation modes of crowdsourcing logistics,the risk factors of crowdsourcing logistics in 020 mode are identified.Using expert investigation method and factor analysis method,we determine the crowdsourcing logistics risk evaluation system under 020 mode.Then,based on the data collected in the questionnaire,the structural equation model is used to make assumptions and test the relationship between the five risk factors existing in crowdsourcing logistics under 020 mode.It is concluded that environmental policy risk has a significant positive impact on distribution quality risk,distribution security risk has a significant positive impact on distribution quality risk,and information release risk has a significant positive impact on distribution quality risk.However,for the regulatory risk of the platform,it has no significant positive impact on the quality risk of delivery.Finally,five measures to avoid the crowdsourcing logistics risks in 020 mode are put forward.
